Today, November 16th, 2025, marks exactly three months to the day of our last stay at Hampton Inn by Hilton Toronto Mississauga West. I have purposefully waited three months to the day to write this review, not out of hesitation, but to exemplify and demonstrate the timelessness of the experiences we had and have at Hampton Inn by Hilton Toronto Mississauga West. Even now, every kindness and every thoughtful detail remains vivid, as if it happened yesterday.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk team, Dee and Yash, welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for the entire stay. In the quiet hours of nearly 3am, Amy handled billing and intake with patience and care, ensuring everything was seamless. Jaswinder, the housekeeping supervisor, coordinated behind the scenes so our room was refreshed while we were out, a choreography that felt effortless but clearly required skill.
Simran, who delivered six pillows to our suite, did so with grace and gentleness, turning a simple request into a moment of genuine hospitality. Subasini, the room attendant who cared for our space after checkout, may have worked unseen, but her diligence was felt in the comfort we enjoyed while we were there. Suman, who patiently waited until we had left the room before continuing her duties, showed a level of respect that did not go unnoticed. And Shamiza, in the breakfast area, brought joy to our mornings, not only through delicious food but through her stories of her homeland, which created a special connection with my children, who are part Guyanese through their mother.
Every member of the team contributed to an atmosphere where hospitality was not just service, but genuine care. Three months later, the memories remain as fresh as the day they were made.
And then there is Priya Dogra, Assistant General Manager. The orchestrator, the invisible wind. Unseen yet ever present. Her influence is felt in every thoughtful detail, every warm interaction, every smile from her team. Priya embodies hospitality in its purest form: grace, attentiveness, and sincerity. She is not only good at what she does, she is extraordinary. This review is written with her in mind, because she deserves to read one of the very best Google reviews she has ever received. Priya should be recommended for a promotion. Her leadership, kindness, and ability to create unforgettable experiences are unmatched. If she is not already recognized as one of Hilton’s finest, she should be.
As the holidays approach, we look forward to returning very soon. Hampton Inn by Hilton Toronto Mississauga West is not just a hotel; it is a place where memories are made, where kindness is timeless, and where hospitality shines brighter than ever.
