My brother booked room for me in bloom hotel.I stayed in bloom for 2 nights and it was worst experience for me to stayed in this hotel. My room was not cleaned properly and I wasn’t satisfied with cleaning service. Then I met one of the housekeepers and asked them how many rooms do you clean in a day. They told me that they cleaned total 14 rooms in a day. In which most of time they cleaned more checkouts than Stayover. Is it possible to clean That much room for one person. plz management team and hilton take this matter seriously.

Its first time stayed in Tapestry, Mississauga. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Hilton for adding new hotels in the chain, however, needs to push the owners to strictly follow the Hilton's guidelines.

Rooms are disgusting. Found bugs in my room and clothes from whoever stayed before left behind the sofa which confirms no one actually cleans these rooms. Room is also dusty and bed sheets too.

Never coming back to this location. First, the good: the lobby, hallway, common area and rooms were quite nice and new. But the area, the view, the customer service, and parking were not. I didn't really want to stay in this middle of nowhere, possibly dangerous area. When we got there was no parking, they had a Christmas party there took all spots away from guests...met another guest outside she claimed it wouldn't clear until 1am and that 2 friend's cars were stolen there and others broken into! She said don't leave anything in car because we had to park at warehouse next door even worse for security. The room smelled so bad like 2 bottles of air freshener... then we uncovered why because it stank of cigarette smoke. We told them and they only offered different room... after we already unpacked at 11:30pm. They knew it stank with all that air freshener to cover it. Downstairs was a huge drunken party that stank of alcohol and Indian food, the whole lobby. Anyway wont be back... surprised Hilton lets this slide.

I had the displeasure of staying here for 4 days and 3 nights.
I wanted to love this place so much and I kept making excuses for the things occurring such as the moldy ice machine, and the pool that stinks like feet and hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long.
But then on my last day I was holding my infant whilst arranging my ride out and he went to reach for something behind me and I noticed it was a DIRTY USED BANDAGE stuck on the wall!
I was immediately disgusted and started rethinking everything. What else hasn’t been cleaned since I’ve arrived or ever?
How long has this bandage been there for? How many people slept in the same dirty room I did?
Was the toilet seat even cleaned? Etc.
I went to complain and I had no time to deal with this as I had to check out and head back home promptly.
They offered me complimentary breakfast which I hesitated to accept but then just gave in.
I got this horrible sloppy mess of a breakfast that looks like they just threw everything into the box with no care. Again— I had to time to bother complaining again as I had to go. Until I went to eat and saw hair in my food.
I went back to complain yet again to which they offered me another meal which I obviously declined.
Their bar is set extremely low.
Customer service and management did absolutely nothing about any of these issues.
Management at the bloom (Navpreet) offered me a measly 20% off of 1 night which would have been around $20/$30 as compensation for this disgusting 4 day stay.
Upon calling “head office” they convinced management to up it to 50% off of 1 night out of my 4 day stay in a disgusting place unable to eat their disgusting food.
This place is disappointing and the customer service and lack of care to these issues is even worst.
You’d expect so much more out of a Hilton but apparently their service quality and choice of representatives has dramatically decreased over the years.
I’d stay as far away from this place as possible if I were you.
Do better.
