    Stayed December 2025. The hotel was very nice. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean. Easily accessible from highway 401. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

    I arrived in Canada very tired and stayed at this hotel, and I loved it. The room was extremely clean; my husband is allergic and had absolutely no allergy issues. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly, and the airport shuttle service was efficient. I highly recommend it. I also loved the body soap provided for the shower.

    Waiting hours for a shuttle. Every time I call it’s a new excuse and they kick down the arrival time of the airport shuttle. At 7:50 they said wait till 8:05 At 8:30 I called and the said driver drove into a ditch, that I should wait till 8:45 8:45 they put me on hold 8:52 still waiting …

    I booked the room on phone. Since my flight was around 9 PM, I requested for late check out at 5 PM. The lady on the phone assured me that she had added a note in the system for 5 PM check out. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no note in the system and I was charged extra for late check out. They don’t tell the customer about extra charges. This shows lack of transparency and fairness when communicating with the prospective clients.
