  We stayed here for the close proximity to the History venue as well as Vaughn. We purchased the room on trivago. We arrived at 11:30pm. The front desk clerk was very welcoming and polite. Place has had some renovations in main areas but lacking in others. But that's to be expected. Could maybe use a new vending machine as it seems very ancient and likes stealing your change. We got to our room and was going to get some water. When trying to take the plastic off the reusable cups, noticed a piece of garbage on the top that opened and had drugs inside.... Went down to the desk to tell them. They didn't seem shocked as we were. Apologetic but that was it. Offered us new paper cups for the inconvenience as they had no other rooms to switch us to. Luckily a family with kids didn't get that room because it could have been bad. Both beds also had black hairs on the sheets under the covers. Hopefully they were clean. Not the best first impression. Will not return. Would spend a bit more to stay elsewhere.

  We had a great experience and the free shuttle was great. We had to leave at 3am and they were very accommodating.

  Nothing special here. Very average airport hotel. Check-in agent was not friendly; didn't say hello or anything. First thing was "credit card and ID", like a robot. Room as expected: beds, TV, desk, etc. Served its purpose for 1 night. Free parking was the best thing

  My wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the hotel from the moment we walked in. Front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Room is nice and spacious and spotless like every other area of the hotel. Dinner at the in house restaurant was amazing. Lots of food and our server Kamilla made me a fantastic ceaser. We will definitely be booking here again for our next vacation.

  Terrible, I don’t normally write a review but in this case I am. We stayed here before we flew out the next morning and we woke up with bed bug bites all over. The dinner took about half hour before they came to even ask what we wanted to drink… we were the only ones in there! We came back from our trip and was told to call when we get our bags they will come pick us up. We did and they said nope we are on a schedule every hour. (Even though I have the written out note they gave that told us they pick us up right away. I definitely don’t suggest staying here and will definitely not be coming back. In response we did tell the front desk our issue they said they will be looking into it…. We all came from different households and never had any problems with bed bugs before but all got the bites in the room throughout that night. We can also provide photos with time and location stamps to your company upon request. That’s unfortunate they didn’t find an issue with the room as there clearly was one for us as we showered before we slept and didn’t have an issue with anymore bites over our 7 day vacation when we were in another hotel.
