The pool is filthy with a ring of grim and grease around it. The heater is broken so the water is extremely cold. The bucket water feature is broken. There are tiles taped up instead of repaired. The tile surrounding the pool is the most slippery tiles they could have used. Absolutely insane choice. The service was mediocre. We would ask for more towels or blankets and they wouldn't have any and would say they would bring more up and it wouldn't happen. The breakfast was gross. Chewy breaded chicken and tiny pitiful pancakes. This location is not one I would book again. I'll be looking for a different hotel even if it's further than my destination.

We got rubbery chicken Patty's, battery eggs and dried out pastrys. Pancake machine gave undersized pancakes. The pool was covered with pool scum along the sides and the water bucket dumping machine was not working. Pool was also 🥶.
