- ABAva BossApr 17, 20265.0We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, everyone was so nice and the manager Carlos is such a gentleman and great person also one person who also stood out was Miguel, the maintenance manager. He worked incredibly hard to ensure the pool was ready and clean for next day, we noticed him late at night cleaning the pool thanks to his dedication, my kids were able to enjoy a spotless, refreshing pool day. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it truly made our stay even more enjoyable, great location very close to the 401 highway and the mall . We are from Out of town but we felt at home , clean rooms and very spacious

The service is great room is so clean and everything is provided free laundry that’s a bonus three stars is too little 🙄

The front desk were really very helpful being my first visit to Canada. I would really appreciate mr Daniel, ms.kashy, ms darshana and ms prachi. The people who take of the breakfast and social Mr Vincent and ms akshara did a great job. Vincent offered to make a fresh scrambled eggs as i don't eat chicken or pork. We really enjoyed the breakfast and social in the supper. The pools was very clean and it was heated to, when It was snowing outside we had a good swim inside.

Full kitchen.There was even a storage room for luggage. The pool and included breakfast were great. We chose parking as close to the front entrance as possible, after we read about breakins. An issue all over London. Location was great! Right off the highway and close to a lot of restaurant's.The staff were accommodating, friendly, and kind. I will 100% choose this hotel anytime I am staying in London, ON. Thanks staybridge and keep up the excellent work!
