The room was gorgeous and very spacious, the front desk staff (I believe her name was Nicole) was SO nice! Super friendly and answered all of our questions. The pool was clean and big. The hotel is located near a bunch of restaurants and stores so we didn't have to travel far if we needed anything. We were very very happy with our stay and will definitely be booking here again in the future 😊

- GYGeorge YangApr 26, 20265.0I stayed here for one night, and this is one of the best Holiday inn’s I have stayed here so far in Canada. Fortunately enough I met two employees, Ash the night manager and Nicole a front desk agent working in the evening, they were able to answer all the questions I had. They were very accommodating. I have stayed at the crown plaza in Vietnam and intercontinental, and this hotel surpasses them by a landslide. They have a gym that’s open 24/7, and free coffee 24/7. Amazing amnesties. I would highly recommend staying here. It was an amazing stay!
- JMJohn MaharApr 16, 20262.0This hotel can definitely use a reno , I stayed on the 5th floor and the carpets smell very bad , the elevators doors wouldn't open in had to hit the bottom of the door then it opened , the toilet had a hard time to flush even though nothing no toilet paper was in the toilet , the night manager was great , I just found it weird that an Ihg hotel had 2 hotels in 1 building
