    I had to opportunity to stay here during a business trip to one of my branches on the 17th and 18th of November 2025. Check in was quick and efficient and I found any staff member that I interacted with to be friendly, polite and very helpful. The room was very clean and roomy and the kitchenette (although unused except for coffee)was very well set up. This morning I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by having a hot breakfast waiting for me downstairs and for a place such as this to pull off a hot breakfast it was very impressive. The food was great and plentiful with a good selection. What impressed me the most on the 17th at approximately 10pm I observed who I assumed to be the general manager at his desk working, I took the time to let him know how impressed that I was with his facilities. What was even more remarkable was that this morning he was here once again during breakfast service(around 7:00am)ensuring that things were running smoothly and to hear how well he interacted with and how he spoke with his staff and how respectful he was to them was amazing . You could tell that this man took pride in his profession and that his staff picked up on his dedication and commitment to ensuring that his guests had a great experience at his hotel. I am writing this review even before I check out tomorrow because I know that this experience will only get better. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you, D. Langley

    I travel for work. A lot. 180+ nights a year I’m in a hotel room. Ambassador Elite with Marriott. This was my first and forsure my last time staying with Staybridge or any IHG hotel. This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had at any hotel in all my years of travel and it isn’t close. TV, didn’t work at all, wifi was cutting in and out and was dial up slow when it was working, front desk was extremely rude to me and my coworkers who all had separate issues, there was children running up and down the halls kicking doors, harassing my coworkers to no end, garbage in the halls and stairways, extremely icy parking lot that wasn’t salted, a couple fighting in the parking lot and screaming at each other full tilt for a half an hour, I had to sleep in my car for 3 hours even though my room was ready they refused to let me check in before 3pm. They charged each of us an extra day at a higher rate for checking out early which I have never experienced at over 100 hotels. Breakfast was packed up 30 minutes early almost everyday and then you’re met with a rude employee when you try and get them to leave some stuff out to the allotted time. When I went to use the coffee machine in my room it had some very old coffee in it and looked like it had never been cleaned ever. My coworkers were harassed and threatened by other guests and children which was hardly addressed by the hotel staff. Overall an abysmal experience. I signed up for IHG rewards to have a secondary rewards system since I’m already well past my ambassador status for the year with Marriott and that has proven to be a mistake. Stick with Marriott, any time I’ve had an issue with them it was immediately and respectfully addressed. This hotel staff needs a complete overhaul. My coworkers are all Diamond Elite with IHG and assure me that this isn’t typical but one thing is for certain, none of us will ever be back to this travesty of a hotel.

    The rooms at this hotel are nice. Unfortunately after booking through Hotwire, this hotel charged us extra above and beyond our booking. While Hotwire has been great to try to navigate the issues, but the hotel won’t even send us a proper invoice so we can get the charges reversed. When we checked out, the staff told us the charges were reversed, when in fact they were not. We call and ask for an invoice, and are told they don’t have time and hang up. We would not recommend this hotel, because of the added unwarranted charges, and the hotel staff that have no willingness or desire to go above the bare minimum to be helpful. Disappointing.

    I am not one to leave a bad review. I would rather speak to the manager to resolve any issues before posting a review, however, my concerns were not met with any urgency or communication. Firstly, I have stayed here for 3 months due to being displaced from my house. When I had checked in, they had promised they could direct bill my insurance so I would not have to pay out of pocket. This NEVER happened, even though I had followed up repeatedly to insure they had all the proper information. Secondly, they did not inform me that they do not provide normal cleaning services, you must request them and how frequent you would like them. They would only change my towels and garbage, no toilet cleaning, no bedding change. Gross! Thirdly, they offer free laundry - however, during the day the housekeeping staff use them to wash the bed linens. When I had finally had the chance to use one, someone had moved my laundry from the wash to the dryer. I had come back to remove my laundry from the dryer, and someone had removed it and left my clothing all over the folding table, allowing someone to see one of my sweaters and steal it. I reported it, the front desk did not seem to care, I reported this to the manager, and he did not offer to rectify the situation, claiming the hotel had no responsibility. No one should be touching anyone else's laundry. They should also have a camera in the laundry room to prevent theft. I am now out $200 to replace this sweater. Lastly, I had VERY rude experiences with 2 of the front counter staff. One refused to help me, they other was passive aggressive towards me, and belittling. I DO NOT recommend staying here.

    The hotel is nice, check in was easy, staff are friendly, continental breakfast was good. Work out room and pool are good. Our room and linens were clean. We had an issue with the pull out sofa. The mattress was very uncomfortable for our daughter. Mattress is very thin and you could feel the coils through it. Bath tub was older then the vanity and toilet. It had chips and marks in the enamel of the tub. Hand soap and cream are attached to the wall, at the opposite side from the sink. Odd.
