- DADory AinsworthJan 1, 20261.0Terrible experience. Booked a king suite with with whirlpool through booking com. Arrived to join a lineup of people waiting to check in after 7 pm. There was no one at the desk for 10 minutes! Got to our room to find it was 2 queen beds and a shower... No whirlpool tub that we paid for. Went back to reception to be told I booked a 2 queen room... Showed Daryl the confirmation of our room and he then told me we were upgraded to a room at same cost. Sorry. No call to tell us if that change. I didn't want a kitchen... And I certainly didn't want to pay for a king suite and get queen beds and no tub. Booking. Com reached out and the hotel came back with a 20% discount for our next stay which I accepted. The next message said the hotel didn't accept it. Crappy customer service!! No conditioner in the shower and no room for the 100 or so people trying to get their free breakfast. Not a good stay at all.

She explained to us all the amenities as well as breakfast times and was so friendly! What a wonderful employee and Hilton is lucky to have her at the front desk. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and we will be returning here for sure. Breakfast was delicious as well! Great service and lovely accommodations!

Every interaction felt genuine and welcoming.Breakfast was great each morning with a nice variety of choices, and the entire hotel felt clean, safe, and well taken care of. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day. I’m truly impressed and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!
