  Homewood Suites exceeded my expectations from the moment I checked in. The suite was beautifully maintained, quiet, and incredibly comfortable.The team at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. Every interaction felt genuine and welcoming.Breakfast was great each morning with a nice variety of choices, and the entire hotel felt clean, safe, and well taken care of. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day. I’m truly impressed and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

  The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit

  Room was dirty. Hair in the bed and bathroom. No blankets or pillows for one of the beds. Only two towels provided for three guest. Lights missing from fixtures in the bedroom. 100% not worth the money. Just plain dirty and run down with staff that don’t care

  This property proudly advertises “free parking” as an amenity, yet when my car was broken into overnight with my window shattered, I was told the hotel has zero responsibility because the lot is “public” despite it being on-site. No support, no assistance, not even basic compassion from staff. I had to deal with a shattered window, a stolen bag containing my EpiPen and inhaler, and then drive two and a half hours back to Toronto in 5°C weather with an open window. All after paying for a night at Homewood Suites in London, Ontario — a hotel that seems eager to list amenities, but completely unwilling to stand by guests when something actually goes wrong on their property. The lack of accountability and basic customer care is astonishing and frankly unacceptable. Guests deserve better than empty promises and shrugged shoulders when their safety and belongings are compromised. I would NOT recommend anyone stay here for safety concerns.

  This is our second night here and there is a hockey team staying here and they have been loud and obnoxious and apparently their policy is that noise restiction goes in effect at 10:30. My first night i called the desk and they told me their quiet rime starts "soon" when pressed, she told me it was 1030. I went in the hall and asked them to stop and i have kids and thete was ni change i.behaviour. it continued much later than than 1030 and the staff did nothing. The second night, The early teen boys were aware of this and laughed at me when i asked them to knock it off because they informedme they are allowed to be loud until 10:30. When I went to the desk to complain the worker told me their parents had been informed. I persisted and told him that policy was not ok. I have young kids and also paid for our room and should be able to sleep in it. He walked with me to my room and I did hear him telling the kids they should stop but its continuing. The adults who go by are just as loud too, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised the kids are. Our room is at the intersection of two hallways so we get the noise of them in both directions. Also there is a ceiling speaker directly outside our door and the lyrics can be heard clearly in our room. The door does not seem to have any soundproofing at all. If you actually want to sleep at night on a weekend when there may be a hockey team staying, dont come here. The company obviously caters to the team money makers and doesn't value the individuals.
