  We arrived with a group for 10 rooms. During the stay we couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the front desk or through the phone for any time after 6 ish. 7 out of the 10 rooms couldn’t get towels for multiple days. During the stay we couldn’t use the pool for half the time and the tvs cable wasn’t working aswell ( during Olympics).When trying to get ahold of someone we had to find a help line online to call someone directly not through the front desk just to get responses. Multiple people in the group arose the same problems and got “it’s in the wash” “you will just have to wait”. When emailing the rep through where we booked through the hotel, the general manager said no to any refund. Not sure how in the service industry when not supplying or being unable to use the service shown to be there that can be a reply. Please spare your guys auto response. Also shows the effort your willing to provide.

  Stayed for 10 days over the last month on two occasions for business - TV service is intermittent, without the TV for background sound you will hear the ambient noise of water running, toilets and people walking. The wifi is tiered with one free and one that costs, I can only comment on the free one which disconnects from your devices each day or every time you leave the hotel so if you are working remotely uploading or downloading confirm your wifi connection or you maybe wasting your time.

  Extremely upsetting stay. We stayed during a youth tournament and understand typical team noise, but this went far beyond that. There were at least 4 teams staying last weekend. Groups of boys were completely out of control with no staff supervision or consequences. They forced their way into our room, made derogatory comments and gestures toward my young daughters, and chased them down the hall, leaving the girls frightened and unable to move around without adults.There was no visible security despite multiple teams staying on site. Guest safety and basic hygiene were clearly not priorities. When my daughter became seriously ill and was vomiting throughout the night, we were repeatedly denied clean bedding, towels, cleaning supplies, or even sanitizer. Other guests were giving us their dirty linens for we had something to use. I sent two different emails without a response.

  Major health and safety violations in this hotel. First room was foul strong animal urine, second room had live wires , water damage and live animals in the ceiling! Unreal . Zero standards for cleanliness! My husband was exposed to illegal drugs being burned in tinfoil in back staircase with 2 people smoking. UNSAFE my kids were in here. I don't know how they have 4.1 star reviews!!!!????? I have contacted the health unit because they refused to call anyone to deal with the rats/live animals! Even with photos and recordings. I hope my family and child do not get sick from this stay!

  Hilton online check in and digital keycard didn't work, because I was prompted to see the desk to show ID. One person was working Friday check in during a fully booked hockey tournament. (That employee did a very good job at crowd control, but she should have been better supported). I booked a 2 Queen bed room, but was given a 1 King. The TVs didn't work. The phones in my room didn't work. Extra toiletrie supplies were not fully stocked. The pool was closed for 24 hrs without any reason. And, while our team booked a block of rooms, and were told we'd be all close together on the same one or two floors, we were in fact spread throughout the hotel without any explanation or sense of acknowledgement. Very poor hotel experience. I will not be coming to this location again, and am seriously considering avoiding Hilton operated brands in the future.
