We had to cancel our plans at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, and she was gracious enough to allow us to cancel despite us being past the cancellation time. We are truly grateful as paying for an unattended hotel room would have put a damper on our Christmas Day that had already undergone some unfortunate changes in plan. Thank you Kara!

Staff is fantastic. 3 stars is for being awake currently for the last 3 hours of trying to sleep and hearing every noise in every room around us. I can hear every footstep and sneeze and washroom usage of the room above us and beside. We are also next to a stairwell… I would absolutely return but maybe the top floor? Got a lot quieter after 1am (assuming guests finally went to bed) I would return for sure

Big rooms, easy connect with your firestick to the big 65" TV, plug in with USB ports all over the room, furnitures that include rolling seats and laptop table for sofa. Our family had a very comfortable stay, thank you.

The rooms were clean, we were all on the same floor which was awesome, and the staff were so nice. We loved the convenience of having free breakfast each morning before our games. The breakfast area was always clean and fully stocked. I really love a complimentary hotel breakfast, and was really looking forward to making some waffles! While I was making them a staff member came over to ask if I was all good and I said yes, and told her I’m in a rush we had a late game last night and a game we had to leave for very shortly. She offered to make me some waffles while I sat and ate my other food, and I said oh don’t worry about it but she said she would love to. Her just saying she would love to was so nice. So she made me waffles I could take up to my room and my team and I all ended up snacking on them later, it was perfect. I wish I got her name, but she was so nice and thoughtful! Literally she made my whole day!!
