The Hampton Inn London Ontario hotel features 92 guestrooms and suites including king guestrooms, two queen guestrooms, king sofa rooms and one accessible room with two queen beds. All guestrooms at the Hampton Inn London Ontario hotel include a coffee maker, mini fridge, full size iron and ironing board, lap desk, desk level outlets, 43-inch HDTV with on-command movies, working desk and ergonomic chair. As of April 1, 2019 all guest rooms will be newly renovated with brand new desks, chairs, tiles, carpet, wall coverings, telephones and much more. The hotel features an indoor pool, fitness room, business center, convenience store and breakfast room.     They charged us 100$ extra in service fees after telling us the total was 150$, ended up being 250$ and when I called the front desk out about it one of the ladies stared me down and said “you don’t have to stay here then”. Diane and Jennifer were both very nice and did everything they could to make us have a better experience. I don’t know the other ladies name but she shouldn’t have a job there

    Whenever we come into the London area this is where we stay. Always great prices. Rooms are usually very clean. Breakfast included. Very much recommend!!

    I mean, it wasn’t my favourite or my least favourite. I was there for my sons hockey tournament so there were lots of kids running in the hallway at 10:30 Even though quite time is 9:00. Breakfast was the best. The pool was nice and warm but kinda small. The biggest problem was the heater in our room. every 5 minutes it made a sound like metal grill ending on metal all night. Maintenance tried to fix it, but it didn’t get any quieter. The staff are nice. Honestly if you pick your room don’t pick 609.thats all

    Our group stayed here for a U8 hockey tournament and unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. We were not trying to be difficult in any way and unfortunately the front staff felt the need to hover over us from the moment we arrived. Hotels regularly host hockey tournaments and families with children, and this should not be an unusual or problematic situation. Despite this, we were treated as though we were an inconvenience simply for being there. Even the kids noticed the tension and felt uncomfortable, which was especially upsetting. We understand that front desk staff have a job to do and policies to follow, and we respect that. However, professionalism and basic courtesy should still be present. Being treated poorly from the moment we arrived set a negative tone for our entire stay. The hotel amenities itself were nice and clean and the breakfast in the morning was decent. However, if you are a sporting group of any kind, I’d strongly suggest booking elsewhere. It seems like this hotel does not know how to professionally deal with groups of children (that were not acting outrageous by any means). This experience fell far below what we expect from a Hampton Inn, and it has made us hesitant to return to this location.
