- ASAdam Shea2 days ago5.0Best experience I've ever had at a hotel. The staff was amazing, always willing to help with anything we needed. We were there for a hockey tournament with a bunch of 11 year old boys and the staff were extremely nice to them (and the parents). We were able to set up in the lobby with our drinks and food until after midnight without any hassle. The staff even made paper airplanes with the kids. Breakfast was ready right at 6am and served hot until 10am! 2 hours after checking out they called me to let me know we forgot a bathing suit in our room and they would set it aside for us until we were able to pick it up. Can't say enough good things about this hotel and its staff!

Bathrooms were nice had very hot water just how I like it. Bed was a bit on the from side but I slept ok. My room heat wasn't working but the front desk staff found a heater it warmed up the room in about an hour. Over all ok stay

The hotel is clean, comfortable and incredibly quiet throughout the week (we stayed mid-week both times). The front desk was amazing. They do have a hospital rate with proof of appointment so it's worth booking directly with the hotel should you need to come for medical purposes.
- FPFlaire PalangyaOct 5, 20255.0This is our first time staying in this hotel and definitely won’t be our last. First of, the location is walking distance to restaurants and shopping centers. Second, the rooms were clean with all the necessary amenities needed for overnight stays (fridge, microwave, shampoo, conditioner,soaps). It also has a small gym and a pool which is a huge hit for my kids. I’d say it’s a little bit cold for me but my kids didn’t mind at all and stayed there for hours. The last thing I wanted to mention are the staff. Mark particularly is very attentive and right away refilled the conditioner in our room and gave us additional blankets when we asked for one. He is also very polite especially when dealing with the very noisy and rowdy kids at the pool when we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and can’t wait to be back with the kids.
- KFK FoleySep 29, 20251.0Wow! The gals at the reception desk need a refresher in customer service. Firstly, perhaps consider greeting your customers with a smile. When someone asks if their room is ready earlier than check in time, just answer the question politely. Don't get your back up and take it personally. Very juvenile behaviour. Secondly, if there is some confusion regarding payment, take the time to LISTEN to what the customer is saying. Being close-minded and not reacting in a common sense manner leaves the customer feeling frustrated and exhausted. Thirdly, NEVER resort to yelling at a customer as that behaviour does nothing to resolve the issue. You are going to get a bad review regardless so stating that you are yelling because we intend to leave a thruthful review is not helping your cause. The room was blah and had an odd smell. Nothing about this experience was pleasant. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.
