  Absolute the best hotel stay out hockey team had. Rooms were clean, staff were awesome and helpful. Especially Danielle and Ash. Would 10 out of 10 recommend

  I travel for hotels often. I have never seen anything. This disorganized and disgusting in my life. Large groups of teams are checking in and the hotel is completely booked. No effort was made to check anybody in before 3:00. I called at 9:00 a.m. To check in early. They wouldn't even ask my reservation, they just said no. Then I arrived to check in at approximately 11:30 a.m. and they said they would call me when my room was ready. So at 3:20 I came in to check in since no one called me. So now at 3:45 the entire hotel is checking in with two people working the desk. People with disabilities are unable to access this. This is a barrier. This is also a huge management fail. I will never book a room here again.

  Great location. We started in the Loft Suite. I was foolishly swayed by the concept of a loft. We stayed in 911, and the HVAC was impossible to control. The loft was like a sauna with HOT air blowing from the register; the main floor was freezing while we try to cool it down. We had a choice between sweating or freezing. After several visits from the front desk and housekeeping, we asked for a new room. New room was much better, but it wasn't what we booked. WIFI is awful This hotel is old, with old toilets and plumbing and LOW ceilings. Avoid if you are tall. I think they are attempting renovations, but they are putting lipstick on a pig. There are better places to stay. For an IHG property, this was VERY disappointing. Front desk and service was great. Oh, and you may want to enquire if they are a tournament hotel during your stay.
