I wish the front receptionist at least acknowledge us when we were waiting for her to complete her phone call and were expecting welcoming smile. Acknowledging guests can make a significant difference in creating a positive and welcoming experience. When checking in, being recognized—even briefly—helps guests feel valued. Seeing a smile and a welcoming gesture from a receptionist made me feel comfortable sharing the details I needed during my stay, and it truly set a positive tone. I would also like to share a suggestion regarding bottled water in the room. I was surprised to see a water bottle with a tag indicating a $4 charge. This was my first experience with this, and as a result, I chose not to use the water. It might be more guest-friendly to include the cost of bottled water in the room rate, or possibly split the cost between the hotel and the guest. Personally, I would prefer paying for it as part of the reservation rather than being charged separately. Including this small amenity would feel more welcoming and thoughtful. That said, I would like to highlight that the evening receptionist was excellent—very welcoming, supportive, and helpful. Her service made a strong positive impression on me. I will be returning three or four times in 2026 and look forward to staying at your hotel again. I hope you will take these comments as constructive feedback intended to enhance the overall guest experience.

What a breath of fresh air. Best breakfast I have had at a hotel ever, The omelets are fantastic, thick bacon, pancakes were fluffy. Plenty of options and the staff were great with helping me with dairy alternative options. The room was perfect, can't say enough about it. It was huge, clean and met every need we had. From the coffee maker, to the fridge and microwave, all great. The paking lot was plenty spacious, which was also appreciated, given that I was towing a trailer for the 4 days we were there. Would recommend this location to anyone passing thru the area.

I was dismissed with "we are looking into it and we will get back to you" Never received a call. Finally spoke to Niki(manager) and was told the New billing system has a glitch and company email wasn't working either and that she didn't get a chance to call me back. Its been more than 2 weeks now and still not fixed. We are just calling the credit card company to dispute. Terrible customer service. Never coming back!
