  Stayed here for a night during the winter break with my family and my sister’s family. While waiting to check in, my son and niece (both 4 years old) had to use the washroom so I took them to the ladies washroom near the lobby. My son went into the handicap stall by himself while I assisted my niece onto the toilet. When I went to check on my son, I noticed a crack pipe on top of the seat cover dispenser. This was worrisome as this is supposed to be a family-friendly hotel. I was also not impressed with the wait and line to check in (~30 mins). There was also a room service tray that was sitting in our hallway across from our room from the moment we checked in until the evening time when we went to sleep. My sister who stayed in one of the suites also complained of noise throughout the night in her hallway which disrupted her sleep. One of our beds was broken but maintenance came by to fix it immediately. The pool is very nice and the lifeguards on deck were doing their job and made the pool feel safe. Also liked the Christmas decor like the giant Yeti. Shelly’s, the restaurant, was also convenient and served good breakfast.

  Absolutely love this place! I have been going here every year since I was a kid, now I bring my kids. We love it here, having a balcony is a must. It really makes it feel as if your on a tropical vacation. Cute little arcade for the kids down near the gym. Great little restraunt attached for breakfast as well with prices that dont break the bank. Id say this place is a very fair cost. I have stayed many times for my son's surgeries at the London hospital and its the perfect location right across the street. Bonus that its such a great hotel. We will be back soon.

  I have a physical disability. I reserved an accessible room 2 months ahead of time. I got there to check in christmas day. They had given away my room to someone else. I needed that room for a reason. I was given a suite. I could not access the bathroom nor the living area, which was down 3 steps. Upon checkout the man (maybe manager) had zero compassion for how this affected me. He was rude and offered nothing for my inconvenience. I will not go back.

  We're here now and so far it's been great! The pool is amazing, the kids are having a blast here. My only issue was getting the room... check-in was a disaster! I've been here since 8am as my buddy and his family already had a room so we hung out with them. Check in is at 4:00pm, but we asked if we could get an earlier check-in. They told us come back at 2:00pm, still nothing. I went to the front 4 more times still not ready. The last time was at 4:00pm and I was told not ready but they would text me. I waited another half hour, at this point the lobby was full of people, I walked straight to the front desk and she finally told me the room was ready. The thing that irked me was when I asked for a discount for my inconvenience she said "For what" and "this happens all the time". So my question is how is this attitude justified? I've worked in customer service for over 30 years and this is extremely disappointing.

  Currently staying here and am not enjoying our stay. Our shower won't get warm at all. The maintainance worker has been great trying to fix our issues but he said our water issue is not fixable. We're on the 3rd floor room 382 and I guess this room and 5 others on this floor have the same issue. We came here to relax & swim but now dont want to because I dont want to come back to our room to shower with cool water. The heat in our room isn't working either, but thankfully he fixed it. I called front desk & they're fully booked so theres no rooms available for us to switch to im tempted to just end our vacation early.
