The room was spacious, clean, and easily fit our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The bathroom was spotless and well stocked. There was a slight issue with the shower faucet, so the water wasn’t as hot as we would’ve preferred, but it really wasn’t a big issue and didn’t impact our overall stay. We also had a small issue with the room lock, but the staff responded immediately and fixed it right away, which we really appreciated. The indoor pool was a nice bonus, especially considering how cold it was outside. The water was comfortably heated, and even with other families there, it never felt crowded. The deepest end was around 5 feet, which was perfect for our kids. Breakfast was very good and had lots of variety — scrambled and boiled eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, pancakes, cereal, croissants, bagels, fruit, plus coffee, tea, and juices. Everything was fresh and well stocked. Checkout was quick and easy, and the staff were courteous throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
