  We stayed one night as we had an event in London to attend. Very clean, comfortable, quiet stay. The check in was quick and the staff were very friendly. With our stay we had the buffet breakfast the next morning and it was a nice way to start the day.

  My husband and I just needed a quick and easy spot to stop and sleep on our way to pick up our new puppy. The hotel was conveniently located off the highway. Reception staff were very nice and informative. I would definitely stay there again if I was driving out that way again.

  Hotel was very clean and well appointed,staff were courteous and helpful . The automatic doors at the entrance came in handy with baggage , a small detail but something that immediately gave me the impression this hotel was designed to make your stay as seamless as possible

  This hotel is amazing! All I can say is if you're coming to London stay here. The staff are so beyond accommodating and friendly. We were staying with our infant and that isn't easy and the staff here made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They went out of their way in so many ways I cant even write a review long enough to explain the things they did for us. The room was VERY clean and so was the hotel overall. It was spacious and had more than I needed. The restaurant Pastos has also become one of our favourites. The food is delicious and is the closest to Italy I have found in London and surrounding areas , and Ive been to Italy a lot , as I grew up in Europe. I am so glad I found this place. The staff at the restaurant and the hotel clearly love what they do and they go out of their way to provide an amazing service. This hotel is also one of the only places left that includes breakfast and parking with the room. This is something that I have really been missing. We travel a lot for business and Hotels used to include these amenities now a lot charge extra and it just doesn't feel the same. The breakfast is AMAZING its a full hot and cold buffet and is delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London. Although there is no pool, there is a very decent sized Gym and the price of the room is worth it, especially since it includes breakfast. The hotel also has large conference rooms for events and wedding parties and has a beautiful chapel to get married in that we will be renewing our vows in this coming summer. This hotel has everything and is also super close to London and Windsor. Overall an amazing stay!

  Had dinner in Pesto's Grill with my supervisor. Suzanna was the best server and extremely friendly. Spoke about making a trip to Chicago.
