  My son spilled something on the bed. Being a responsible guest, I stripped the soiled sheets myself and left them on the floor to ensure housekeeping would replace them. To my absolute horror, I returned to find that housekeeping had picked the dirty sheets up off the floor and tucked them back onto the bed. When I brought this disgusting health hazard to the front desk, the staff was rude, obnoxious, and completely dismissive. They offered zero empathy for my loss and zero compensation- I did not stay another day in that disgusting hotel! The location was convenient but I should have booked at the Armouries from the get-go! This isn't just poor service; it’s a biohazard and a total lack of ethics. Management should be ashamed of how they treat grieving families. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

  Stayed a night, decent hotel for price. Breakfast was great lots of selection. Enjoyed the pool as well. Service desk was friendly.

  Friendly staff, easy check in process. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Rooms are basic, it's a place to sleep. More attention to cleaning and stocking the in room coffee, no stir sticks. Bathroom had body wash but no shampoo, easy mistake by cleaning staff. Affordable and good location for my business trip. Will return. Outside areas need a bit of TLC and some cleaning attention.

  Stayed here a few times, hotel rooms and washrooms are always clean, breakfast is decent . Non Smoking rooms. It feels safe and quiet. Close proximity to Airport, restaurants and gas station. Only annoying thing is prices on third party apps are cheaper compared to booking directly from Best western’s website. Never had any issues at the hotel !

  My room had ants that were entering from around the window area, it was sprayed with insect repellent twice during our stay- we were told that this is usually a first floor problem and odd on the second and that there was no other room to move us to based on capacity. I requested a discount based on the overall experience. I had my daughter in the room as well we were there for a sports tournament, she had to breathe in all of the chemicals. I was told by the front desk that she would look into a discount, I was never given one. I called twice to follow up, the manager was supposed to call me back but did not. I called the next day a third time and I was told by the manager that there is not a problem with ants and they could only offer a discount on a future stay, which is completely inappropriate- this is the London On airport location. I do not recommend for this reason and the way the management had poorly managed the situation. There were definitely ants in the room.
