- GBg betts2 days ago3.0Booked a two queen room for a hockey tournament and in arrival I was informed it had been changed to a single king. Place was packed due to the tournament so I was stuck with it.. was told to talk to the manager I the am but we had to leave early in the am. The room itself was typical. However the floor was filthy. And the constant drip from the shower was annoying. Didnt bother saying anything to front desk as the women was clearly done with taking to people, was less than willing to explain why my room was changed when I checked in. I expected better service from brand. Changing a reservation without notice or compensation is disappointing.

The hotel was clean and recently renovated, and the suite with its convenient kitchenette and comfortable bed was perfect for us. The exceptional front desk staff made our stay a very comfortable one, especially Andrew, who went above and beyond for us. Getting to know him and Dania was one of the highlights. They were also very welcoming to our little dog which was important to us, and the space out back to take him out was so handy. Breakfast is included but there are many nearby restaurants to choose from, both take out and fine dining. The mall is just down the street if you feel the need to go shopping. All in all, an A+ experience.

The breakfast was as expected it was not anything crazy but it hit the spot. Beds were comfortable. Not in a busy area therefore you have to uber to get to locations to see. I would go again. I love having a smart tv as well instead of satellite for us to have more options of what to watch.

Check in was amazing, including some much needed “Hilton Honors” water after a day of driving and when we mentioned our early departure they ensured a to go breakfast was ready for 3am! The rooms are outstanding and this will become our preferred Hotel as we travel several times per year. Wish we could give more than 5 stars for service.
