  First and foremost the staff were lovely, but our trip started with the pole for parking going down on our car while we waited to get parked… Next, the entry from the parking lot was not accessible, including the doors and the step to get in. When you walk in the entrance at the main door, it is gorgeous, but it’s easy to tell that all the money was spent on the renovations of the main part. The hallways in the room were below average with stains on the carpet and on the duvet cover. We were excited for the amenities that the hotel offered which included mini golf, the arcade, ping-pong, and bowling. However, we soon realized by talking to the front desk that everything was an additional cost, and the bowling and half the arcade were out of order. We went to go swimming and there were public swimming lessons until 8 or 9 pm. There was three of us staying in the room, which I booked via Expedia that said breakfast was provided. What it failed to say it was only breakfast for two was provided in the third one had to be paid for. Again not told on the website. Going back to the pool the ground is coming up around around it, it definitely is safety hazard, and lots of the windows were boarded off. Unfortunately, we were expecting more for a downtown hotel.

  My wife and her elderly mother have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few weeks for appointments at St. Mary's Hospital. They have been very impressed by the quality of the rooms and the food/restaurant. What makes this hotel stand out is the service. Every person that they have dealt with has been warm, welcoming, and very efficient. Highly recommend this hotel.

  Aqua restaurant, David and Melea are amazing!!!! They are both so friendly and accommodating. Excellent service and amazing food!! Thank you so very much for taking care of us. Server Jayesh was absolutely amazing, great conversation and so kind...I love the Aqua restaurant for the people and food. And Shiv at the front desk is absolutely a gem. They are all amazing what a great place to stay. It's the people who make it an even better stay. Thanks to All for making our stay so very special and memorable. Thank you.

  My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. The housekeeping team kept the rooms immaculate every day, and Salman in particular stood out. He was thorough, attentive, and ensured that every detail—from fresh towels to neatly arranged amenities—was perfect. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Beyond the cleanliness, the hotel offered excellent facilities, including a well-stocked gym, a relaxing spa, and a delicious breakfast buffet. Thanks to Salman’s dedication, I felt completely cared for, and my stay was stress-free and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and hassle-free experience.
