  I have been booking rooms here for faculty who travel to teach at Queen's University. They have great things to say about the hotel, the rooms, and the breakfast. I have AMAZING things to say about Dustin Field, the Senior Sales Manager. who is always responsive and such a joy. I recommend this hotel to any travelling professional or families on vacation.

  We had a very disappointing experience at this Hilton Suite and were forced to cut our trip short because of it. The room was not perfectly clean, but it was acceptable overall. However, there was a strong and persistent odor coming specifically from the bed area. Even after using our own linens and pillows, the smell remained and repeatedly disturbed our sleep, especially affecting our one-year-old child. This ultimately left us with no choice but to end our stay early. Management later apologized and mentioned the possibility of a refund as a goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, after that communication, we received no further response or follow-up, which was extremely disappointing. For a Hilton-branded property, both the room condition and the way the situation was handled afterward fell well below expectations. An apology without action does not resolve the issue.

  we had a lovely experience at the hotel. The staff was delightful. The rooms were clean and tidy.

  Best location especially for working people. Hotel rooms are very nice & clean & lots of amenities with excellent rooms & suites with whole kitchen.
