I enjoyed an excellent dinner that evening in their Wharf & Feather dining room overlooking the water. On Xmas🎄day, b4 I headed out, I swam 🏊♀️ in the hotel pool. Despite it being Xmas🎄 day, the Kitchen Staff was serving breakfast & the Chef made incredible sandwiches & wraps available in the lobby for guests. On Boxing Day, I experienced the most friendly, personable, service while being served breakfast by Heather. She really helped 2 make my stay at a difficult time meaningful. Thank you Heather for making my Xmas🎄stay memorable. Anytime I need 2 visit Kingston, which is usually over very long days under trying circumstances, I truly look forward 2 my stay at the Holiday Inn, Kingston-Waterfront. Their Staff is excellent. My room is always prepared 2 my liking & the bed 🛌 allows me a great sleep 😴 after a long & tiring day. Thank you Holiday Inn Kingston-Waterfront.
- DBDaisey Bird6 days ago4.0Stayed here back in October with my partner for one night. Upon arrival, there was a bit of a line for the front desk, but the lady was very kind. Though, we made the reservation through a third-party website and she had a bit of an issue finding our booking. But, it ended up working out fine. We did not get breakfast or go to the pool, so I cannot speak on that. The room and the bathroom were clean. We tried hooking up one of our phones or computer to the TV via a QR code, but unfortunately we were unable to. The location is extremely convenient as it is right along the lake in the heart of downtown. There are many things to do nearby even by walking. Is very close to a bus stop.

The staff were welcoming and a joy to speak with when we checked in. I called the hotel prior to our stay and the customer service provided from Justin at the front desk was exceptional. He was attentive to my needs and responded with care and support. I felt truly valued as a guest of the hotel.
