The absolute worst booking service i have ever had. I called in to request a change to my booking and instead of a change i was hung up, my reservation was canceled, it took 2 days to try and figure it out. I leave in 2 days and no one can tell me whats whether i have a room.

Our go-to spot when staying in Kingston. The location is fantastic, walking distance to anything on Princess street, view of the lake, and budget price.

Great location. Amazing view of the St. Lawrence and right downtown! Highly recommended. They have a great restaurant that is dockside called “Wharf & Feather”. The bartender Marcel was awesome: extremely attentive and friendly. They have domes outside suited for the winter season; where I was able to enjoy a Cheese Fondue and the Fire Grilled Chicken. And of course, Rosemary Apple Mules to accompany dinner!!

Truly a horrible experience. I arrived on the first night late at night, and went straight to sleep. Early the next morning I noticed there were was full pieces of food on the floor near the desk and there were rings from a cup (not mine) on the side table. I went down and politely asked the front desk to clean up the room. I came back late again that night (was there for a conference) and the room still hadn't been cleaned. I asked again for someone to come and clean the room, and the next day, it still hadn't been cleaned! The hotel management offered me a late checkout and a discount on one night of my stay, even though I had the issue for 2 of the 3 nights of my stay. I called Holiday Inn customer service to deal with the issue and they told me to speak to the management directly. This hotel is franchised and after repeatedly reaching out to the hotel directly, the staff was unhelpful, refused to share the email address of the manager and then just flat out ghosted me. I called Holiday Inn customer service again (I've now spent about 5+ hours of my personal time dealing with this issue) and they were barely helpful. My advice is, don't stay here if you can avoid it.

I was visiting a girlfriend at the hotel as her daughter was competing at a skating tournament at the slush puppy Arena. We went down for lunch and Kamal seated us as it had just opened for lunch. He was very thoughtful, kind, and very attentive. He had noticed he had made my Caesar incorrectly and promptly brought me a new one that was correct. I had not even complained. Very sweet and very hospitable. The food was very large portions and all three of us enjoyed our meal.
