- SLStaci LatteryJan 2, 20262.0Rooms had a weird smell I can’t explain it, almost like it was just painted. But I can tell you it wasn’t. Bathroom shower had mold in the grout. Shower head didn’t have water coming out of all the holes. Hot and cold water was opposite and not labeled. ( found out the hard way by it burning my hands) pool and hot tub not working so they offered us to go to the hotel next door ( not really convenient in -20) when leaving hotel watch the snow guy just pile the snow at my car! Instead of at the end of the walk way. Breakfast was ok. Wish the hot food was hot though. Definitely not happy overall.

The room windows provided virtually no sound insulation, and constant traffic noise from Division Street made sleeping impossible. The air-conditioning system was malfunctioning and offered cooling only, with no heating at all. The water dispenser was not working, and the breakfast quality was poor, with eggs served cold. Additionally, the hotel was filled with religious symbols throughout the property, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional for a commercial hospitality environment.
