- GGGuitarman1 day ago2.0The room wasn’t too bad overall, but I was very cold the first night. The heater was set to the highest setting and the room still didn’t warm up properly. I mentioned it to management the next day and they were able to override the thermostat, which helped. I was also told I had to sign up for IHG rewards program or I would have to pay for parking, 60$ fee. Personally, I don’t think guests should have to pay for parking unless it’s in a parking garage. Reason for the 2 star review. The TV remote was probably one of the worst I’ve dealt with, it barely changed channels, lagged constantly, and the TV is locked so you can’t plug in your own Fire Stick or streaming device. On the positive side, the room was very clean and it does have a small fridge, which is convenient. It’s fine for a night or two at the most, but I wouldn’t want to stay much longer than that.

I stayed for one night (February 15–16, Family Day weekend), and unfortunately, the service completely ruined the end of my stay. I was informed that breakfast would be available until 10:00 AM. I arrived downstairs at 10:01 AM — literally one minute late — and all the food was already gone. I could clearly see that the kitchen staff had started collecting and removing the food even before 10:00 AM. What upset me the most was not just the food being gone, but the attitude of the kitchen employees. They were extremely rude and disrespectful. They refused to let me take even a small piece of bread or fruit, despite the fact that I was only one minute late. The elevator in the building is very slow and took about three minutes to go down, which caused the slight delay. A little understanding and basic courtesy would have gone a long way. Instead, I was treated with hostility and zero consideration. Very disappointing service and definitely not the level of hospitality I expected. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience.
