My only surprise was that you have to pay a nominal fee for parking which is kind of noted in the fine print.

Sausage was good. Egg omelette was ok, edible, normal for a buffet breakfast at Holiday Inn. Good muffins and make your own pancakes. Other breads and toppings Pool was nice and hot tub was a good temperature. WiFi was good. Enjoyed the location. Right off the highway but near downtown. But as usual, the people made the place. Really helpful. I would recommend and go back.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is included and always fresh with a good variety of options. Coffee is available 24 hours, which is a nice bonus! Parking is paid, but overall the hotel offers great value for the price. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kingston.
- JTJack ThistleOct 10, 20255.0It's a great place for a great price! Stayed here for a whole week, and it's not an extended stay hotel (heck, it's not even high tier) and it still was the best. Comfy beds, rooms are perfect, good complementary breakfast with a decent selection. There was something here that shocked me… They have BOTH a waffle maker AND a pancake maker??? Since when does a hotel have both? Real Treat! They also had both bacon and sausage, though sometimes they will substitute the bacon with patties. Plenty of hot drinks, including cider, tea, coffee, espresso, and hot chocolate, which I indulged with much delight. Plenty of Outlets, and they actually clean their pools unlike the quality inn next door! The staff are super kind. They greet you every single time you walk through the door. Every. Time. We arrived a whole 18 hours late due to an unexpected flight delay, and they unfortunately did not hold our room for us, which makes sense given our beyond late arrival time. But thankfully, our room wasn't taken, so they set us up with a new room, no issues, and we even got an upgrade to the queen beds for only an extra $10. They were quite apologetic despite it not being any fault but our own (and the airline). And you know how most hotel rooms have this smell of either complete sweat or heavy cleaning products? Well, our room smelled nice. Like hazelnut. It’s literally always the ideal temperature in your room, no matter the time of day. House cleaning is respectful of your items. I left my laptop on the bed before we went out, came back, found it placed on the desk with the charger wrapped up, next to my now neatly made bed. In conclusion, this hotel blew my expectations right out of the water. My family came to Kingston on a house hunting trip, and we picked this holiday inn express for its convenient location and cheap pricing. I thought that it’s just a holiday inn, it can’t be that impressive. And I thought wrong. Comfy Bed, Perfect Temp, and for some reason American Cable Channels. There's also A LOT of outlets, so it's perfect for your devices. 5/5, would recommend!
