- ABAnne BDec 28, 20253.0Put location as a 3 because it’s pretty remote location but it was 3 min from hockey tournament so depending why you are staying there.. room doesn’t have a built in closet, rather a closet type of furniture piece.. rooms look bigger than in real life. Rooms were cold.. bizarre power things where heat seems to reset to 20 after a few hours. The light above bed must be on for power outlets to charge your phone to work. Light in bathroom will go out and you must wave your hands to turn it back on.. also if you go to bathroom in middle of night you get bright light when you didn’t want because of motion activated sensors we never could turn off.. The front desk staff have too much to do - phones, guest phones calling for help with heat etc plus the convenience store and check in people which leads to long wait. Beware to hockey teams as they force all parents to sign a waiver that is not mentioned in group rate booking in advance.. breakfast.. ok but pancake machine was malfunctioning both mornings. Was clean and free parking which was good

- AAAliDec 26, 20251.0After unpacking we realized the room door does not lock. Had to wait in line only to find out they were sold out. Had to take the lady up and down to show her the defective door. Eventually they rebooked us in a handicap room, double charged my credit card, and left us to our own devices to manage the move. No sympathy or help from front desk. Their excuse: they were sold out and had no time for us. Not even a trolley to move our stuff. Ruined our check-in night and couldn't go out that evening.

Since there heating is not set properly. Or they are on green 💚 energy saving. But will come back in summer for sure. Keep it up guys....
