We noticed a broken lounge chair in our room when we arrived, and it was switched out in less than 20mins! Rooms always clean, well stocked kitchen. If anything is missing or not working just ask the font desk and they take care of it right away. Keep in mind alot of hockey teams stay here on wkends, so tends to get noisy, sometimes out of hand, but the security and hotel staff try their best to keep the kids in control.
