  This place is terrible. Squeaky floors paper thin walls they don't clean the rooms. Had a lot of drywall dust on the furniture. They say kitchenette but you only get a induction cook top. Fans in the bathrooms are loud. They dint care about people making lots of noise. I left twice in the middle of the night because someone was blaring music. I do not recommend.

  We did a 200km + snow mobile ride up to Kincardine. This hotel wasn't too far from the trail. Amazing room, free breakfast and although they were under Reno's we still didn't hear any noise.

  Very disappointed with my experience. The service was poor and unprofessional. The room door was constantly jamming, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The elevator felt unsafe and poorly maintained. There was a strong pod/smoke smell throughout the building, including common areas, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel felt disorganized and poorly managed. I would not recommend staying here.

  Gail is great!!!!! We had a great stay while visiting for silver stick. Would stay again if in area.

  Coming here since around 2009. Place seems to be getting worse every year. Shower temperature was scorching hot or cold, had to be frequently adjusted to have a shower. Hallways stunk like bad food, seeped into room. Heater turned on constantly which didn't bother my sleep but was loud, had to turn up tv volume to compensate and got complaints for it (flooring is now vinyl instead of carpet so no noise absorption). Breakfast sausages were white, timer on waffle maker broken. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room seemed clean, bed was fine. Probably won't come back but maybe.
