- JPJean-Guy PitreDec 14, 20251.0Room 135 last night. The heater would only be on or off. The thermostat setting never turned it off, so it was stifflying quite quickly. So I couldn't use it and by this morning my phone was 13.5 degrees.
- ANAK NormanNov 27, 20251.0The hotel was not the cleanest, nor in great repair - hallway light could be seen through the edge of the room door, the door handles and the plates beneath the handles on both sides were loose (not secure), the sliding doors did not function or fit properly, there were broken bathroom tiles and there was dirt and mold-looking yuck in the grout, and an ant was found crawling on the bathroom floor. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not, and the sheet was stained. There was dust on the light fixtures. On top of all of these issues, there was no condiments - cream and sugar, nor stir sticks for the coffee/tea, and when the staff member was informed, he didn't believe me and had to attend inside the room to look for himself... this seemed like offensive and petty behaviour. The clerk did bring two packages of condiments, stir sticks, and napkins into our room when we were out of the room for the evening. The included breakfast was nothing to write about... not good value!

- KMKen MNov 10, 20251.0We were moving cross country with pets and booked this place while on the road. We told them we had pets and said they were pet friendly but when we arrived they said no cats. We had been driving for 12 hours and by that time no other close motel had vacancy. We would up having to drive another hour and a half.
