  I stayed here on a business trip over several nights. Front desk staff were great! Friendly and welcoming. Hotel and my room were very clean. There’s a very nice restaurant on site although I didn’t have the opportunity to try it. This hotel is close to a lot of shopping and dining options. Parking was always available in a close walk. My room was very quiet, well appointed and everything worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this property and I will definitely return as I am in Ottawa frequently on business. Thank you!

  We hosted a business meeting at the hotel. The facilities were terrific. But the standout at this hotel are the staff. Everyone I met was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them enough. They went out of their way to problem solve and always went above and beyond. Big kudos to everyone who works here - the three options of dog water bowls was a lovely touch as well.

  My coworkers and I stay at this hotel often all year round. The hotel is in a great location with lots of entertainment and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is clean and modern. Beds are so comfy. I can’t say enough about the hotel staff. All the front desk personnel are friendly and welcoming, especially Paul, who goes out of his way to accommodate our tractor trailers and our sleep schedules. The house cleaning staff are kind, caring and friendly as well. This hotel, without a doubt, goes above and beyond to make your stay a great experience.

  L’hôtel en soi est bien : les chambres sont confortables, propres et agréables, le bar est très sympa, et l’emplacement est vraiment pratique. Rien à redire sur ces aspects-là. En revanche, gros point noir sur la facturation. Il faut faire très attention, car ils ne sont pas du tout clairs sur le prix des chambres. On m’a prélevé un montant au moment de la réservation, en me disant que c’était le prix de la nuit. Et le lendemain matin, je découvre un deuxième prélèvement quasiment équivalent, alors que je n’avais réservé qu’une seule nuit. Quand j’ai demandé des explications, la réponse a été du genre “c’est comme ça et pas autrement”. Pourtant, nous avions été très clairs dès le départ en demandant le prix total de la chambre. Au final, c’est un flou complet, et on a vraiment l’impression de se faire avoir. En gros, on pense payer une nuit à 250–300 $ CA, et on se retrouve avec une facture de plus de 700 $ CA. Franchement, ce n’est pas normal. Dommage, parce que l’hôtel est bien, mais cette gestion du paiement gâche complètement l’expérience. Ce qui me pousse à ne plus réserver à cet endroit à l’avenir.
