  2nd stay here , this time we are in the newly renovated rooms , excellent job Holiday Inn , rooms are amazing not to mention having 2 TV's and a sofa . Excellent management thanks Marissa & the staff for making our stay welcoming. They are also pet friendly.

  My husband and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. We were greeted at the front desk by Tammy who was exceptionally kind and friendly. She made the checking in process very easy and stress free. The hotel was extremely clean and beautiful. They had just recently renovated and everything looks fantastic! We used the indoor pool and that was also very clean as well. Free breakfast was also a plus! Honestly every staff member we came across was so friendly at this hotel! They really made you feel like they cared and wanted to make sure you were enjoying your stay. I highly recommend this hotel! Also the location is perfect. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown with access to tons of restaurants, shops, bars etc.

  Amazing staff and service , love the new renovation to the rooms. I recommend this hotel for your overnight stays. Right across the street you have Walmart, dollar tree, Kelsey and etc everything you need is close by

  We took a short vacation with our granddaughter and initially booked another hotel because it was a cheaper price and had a pool. The hotel itself was older, which would have been fine, but the pool was cold and had visible stains, so after about an hour we decided to leave. Checking out ended up being a bit of a hassle. We then went down the street to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Huntsville we are so glad we did. The staff at the front desk were amazing I wish I had gotten her name. They even gave us a small discount after hearing the experience that we went through at the other hotel and put us in a newly renovated room. The pool was clean (though still a bit cold apparently that’s common for many hotel pools which is to bad) The service was excellent overall, and the free breakfast that came with our room was very good. Debbie, who was working there, was especially helpful and very kind to our granddaughter. We were really impressed with our stay and would return.

  First time I stayed here was the summer of 2025. I was camping with my 2yr old in Arrowhead, but with severe thunderstorms looming we decided to book a night. Location and how close it was to amenities (grocery store, restaurants, gas...all walking distance) is what initially caught my attention. I spoke with an incredibly helpful staff member over the phone to make our reservation. Once here that kindness trickled down through every staff member through their helpful and kind demeanor. With a toddler I was happy to see that they had a "quiet period" between 10pm and 8am, which was appreciated. Stuck indoors, but they had a quiet and clean, salt water pool. Service and services are fantastic. The hotel is a great jumping off point for our adventures. We've since been back three more times. On our most recent trip, the staff member at the front desk remembered us by name. Bonus, was that for our most recent stay we had a newly renovated room. Spacious, clean, and bright. We had car trouble this last trip (-40c one night) so I am ending by expressing again how wonderful staff have been in accommodating and following up with us. Very very grateful.
