  We had a great experience for our recent stay, especially thanks to Janice and Harika. We had some questions about our room and forgot to pack some crucial things, and they went above and beyond to help us sort everything out. Much more than we ever expected, they were what made our stay a 5 star experience. 2pm late checkout and luggage storage were also a fantastic surprise for us and greatly appreciated. The breakfast was surprisingly very good and the hours for it are very reasonable, including 24 hour coffee available. They also have a little pantry that sells lots of quick eats, as well as cat/dog food just in case you forgot some (they are truly pet friendly). The location was great, walking distance to all kinds of cool stuff in downtown Hamilton, including a 24/7 convenience store right nice door. Parking was a little tricky but that’s the nature of downtown Hamilton, nothing to do with the hotel itself. Definitely something you should plan ahead for. We absolutely look forward to staying there again, mostly thanks to Harika and Janice!

  The rooms were decent but sheets had burns in them. The breakfast is good and the overall the location was good because it is close to a few places to visit.

  I personally don’t recommend this place. First of all, they screwed up my reservation. They tru to say my visa was declined. I didn’t use a visa and it wasn’t even a visa number I have or had. The staff initially said they’d reserve a room for us beside a friend for ease of moving our belongings. When I went to check in myself, they had given the room to someone else and said they didn’t see the note. The parking is atrocious. There’s not near enough spots underground and their alternative across the street was broken this morning and wouldn’t open. The pull-out couch was the worst I’ve ever seen. Extremely thin mattress with the springs poking out. The rooms were far too warm despite turning it down on the thermostat. The rooms facing king st are a big NO. Spent 2 hours during the night listening to people scream outside Tim Hortons. Save yourself the worry about your safety. It’s not worth it.

  Security deposit required, no problem, but I was promised to be given back and never received despite reaching out to property multiple times. Early check in costed was $391 and deposit $500 you check in early, NOT a set fee, which we weren’t informed. No breakfast, no vending machine, and no ice machine. A few positives were, there was free parking and changed after! They have proo service

  The stay was unfortunately not comfortable. The bed was extremely hard, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep, and the pillows were very flat and caused neck discomfort. On top of that, the air conditioning unit was quite loud and would randomly make disruptive noises throughout the night, which made it nearly impossible to rest. That said, the customer service was excellent. The front desk representative was very understanding and accommodating, and allowed us to leave without being charged after our first night so we could find another hotel. Their professionalism and support were greatly appreciated.
