  I had been here before and wasn’t able to use the tv. Gave it a second try and the staff just wasn’t the most accommodating and there’s little things that could make the experience a lot better that just aren’t there.

  The hotel itself is new and pretty clean. Service was good and the room didn't feel crowded. We noticed during our stay that the door did not lock properly, so that would be one thing that made me feel a little uneasy about our stay. Breakfast includes a lot of options, eggs, pancakes, cereal, etc. Was disappointed to not see chocolate milk as an offering. Overall it was a comfortable day for the two nights we were there.

  My son and I stayed here for awhile and found most of the staff were great... The front staff treated us with respect and were kind, and, others, not as much! ........However....... We also stayed at the Sandman Hotel, another great hotel, with a pool, but ... still, their service doesn't compare to the Holiday Inn Express!! I think that the Holiday Inn should invest in adding the use of card keys again to be able to use the elevator. Have security be seen around more often and keeping the back door locked at all times, again having to use a card key to get in. Having someone you know stopping by, unannounced, more than you want ..... wouldn't happen!! Lol Just Kidding.... The breakfast was the same every day, during our stay, but was able to mix things up. The 24hr coffee, nice touch!! The Sandman doesn't have this, they only have free coffee from 7am-10am. BRUTAL!!! If I had to choose which hotel I like better, it would have to be ****** ♤ The Holiday Inn Express for everything, except key cards ♤ If they fix the security issue, 100%... Thank You for a wonderful stay, sorry if we were a pain in your butt... lol You guys were great!!

  Stayed one day during the weekday and enjoyed everything except room facing major street, overnight you could definitely hear noise from traffic passing by and sometimes even like plane ✈️, not 100% sure. But other than that, everything seemed fine, parking, coffee and tea in the lobby very convenient. The breakfast buffet was good 👍, very organized and clean. We stayed similar hotels in Florida like Hampton , comfortable. We enjoyed it.
