This was my 2nd time at this property but next time will look for alternatives if staying longer than 2 nights. Front desk staff is nice but wish the cleaning issue was handled properly.

- JBJF BordeleauJan 31, 20265.0This is a pretty decent Homewood Suites location. Rooms are still in fairly good shape, even though the property has been opened for a few years now. Good size common areas (kitchen and living room), comfortable beds and while the bathroom/shower area is on the smaller size, there is still enough room. Maintenance wise, everything was in working order. Temperature control - and in this case heat - worked well, with the room being neither too hot or too cold. Water pressure in the shower was good, and no issues when it comes to having hot water - and a steady temperature. On to the complimentary breakfast - it is relatively simple and quality wise, closer to Home2Suites than Hampton Inn... so... good, but not necessarily great. Pastries/bread, eggs (scrambled / hard boiled), so-so breakfast potatoes, a breakfast meat and usually some "tortilla-style meat", cereals, dairy (yogourt, milk), oatmeal/overnight oats, coffee and juice... as i said... basic... but it works. Friendly staff at the front desk, and instant recognition as Diamond member. Conveniently located in the downtown area
