We found it loud outside our room, with traffic, sirens and activity thru the night. The breakfast was good, and the pool area was nice. The hotel is conveniently located close to St. Joseph's hospital.

Only downside is the additional charge for parking on top of your room charge. 1st vehicle should be free. Drop off area is a bit congested but understandable given the location. John at the front desk was exceptional and informative!

Each morning, Manjot at the breakfast station set the tone for the day. The food was fresh, hot and well organized but it was Manjot’s warmth, efficiency and genuine care that stood out. You could tell pride was taken not just in the service but in making guests feel at home. At the front desk, John and Suemaya were absolute professionals. From check-in to any questions during my stay, they were friendly, attentive and incredibly accommodating. They handled everything with ease and a sincere smile, making the hotel feel less like a chain and more like a place that truly values its guests. Clean rooms, a comfortable atmosphere, and a team that clearly cares—this Hampton Inn delivers on all fronts. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hamilton. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
