  Was charged $50 more than stated on line. Restaurant ruined my fun so at 630 pm I head to 3rd floor, put my sleep clothes on and watch TV. A few minutes later I hear a heard of bodies running down the halls. My floor and the floor above me. After 4 calls to the front desk and 2 and half hours later I come up with the idea to move me not the front desk. Top floor room fixed it. No shower door, water took over 15 minutes to get hot and it got hot and cold while showering and the vent did not work. I ordered breakfast in the room as I figured the heard of 12 plus 9 year old girls would be in the restaurant. Food comes and it is not what I ordered. Called 2 times no answer and then a knock at the door. My meal arrives cold, greasy and wilted lettuce. Restaurant calls my room about 20 mins later and comps it. Good as I only ate a bit of it. Baci Restaurant gets my next review. By far the worst experience i have ever had in a hotel/restaurant stay.

  Amazing customer service and great room. First, I got a text a day or two before arriving asking if there was anything I needed upon check in?! I was so impressed. Then our already late check in time was severely delayed due to issues with our flight. I kept the hotel updated via text and they assured me all would be well with the late arrival and not to worry. So at 2:30 AM we finally arrived with two exhausted kids and were greeted by Chris (who I had been texting with.) He was so friendly and gave us free bottled water knowing we’d just been through flight hell. He also kindly offered us a free late check out for noon! He had everything ready so we really just needed to grab our key cards, sign a few things, and go crash. To be greeted with kindness and empathy at 2:30 AM after our plane ordeal went a long way! The suite itself was clean and large. (I’d upgraded us to a suite because it was only $10 more so why not?) Kids had their own room and huge king size bed and hubby and I had our own huge space with a king bed. The only hiccup was our shower water got turned off the next morning around 11:00 but after a phone call it was quickly turned back on (like within 5 min.) We ate breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was DELICIOUS and prices very reasonable. Great service there too. All in all we’ll definitely be back on our next trip! Thanks again.

  Ce fût, jadis, un excellent hôtel, mais le tout s'est détérioré avec les années. L'idée que chaque chambre est sont thème est parfaite mais il y a un grand laisser aller. Les chambres avec cuisinettes n'ont qu'une cafetière, deux verres à vin et deux verres à eau. Pas de vaisselle, pas d'ustensile, un réfrigérateur plus que dû et une thermopompe qui fait qu'il est impossible de dormir avec. Des stores qui laissent passer la lumière et des rideaux qui ne sont là qu'à titre de décoration, donc d'aucune utilité.

  My husband and I recently stayed here for a couple nights for a little getaway that was close to home. We have stayed here multiple times over the years and have never had a bad experience. This time though, there was minor issue with our room. I immediately brought it to the staff's attention as soon as we noticed it hoping to be switched to another room if possible. I dealt with Husam and another lady at the front desk( I cant remember her name but it started with an M). They were very apologetic and went above and beyond to correct the issue and made us feel comfortable and taken care of. We'll definitely continue to come back to C by Carmen's for our getaways and I highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the area. Thanks again to all the staff here.
