  Posted and edited: Mar 22nd, 26' - My Review - the Five star Gentlemen in suite came in since apologized for every single one of my issues. Less stars only because of low quality room materials, I wish for more resources for both staff and maintenance, as every employee is the same, as well as guests, who are also customers as well. Words are just smart just like the manager in charge in each section. Who wants to work with who? Or stay in what room? The receptionist who don't work much might be the one who gets all the annoying calls. I hope there's proper training for all guests/customers and front end night time staff as well. I would stay here in the future again after my stay which I have currently extended. After some family troubles I don't know how long until I can find somewhere stable to land but it's good to know I feel safe here 100% now. Thank you. From: RP.

  Truly couldn't have asked for the best staff service, including a breakfast that was from various fruits to cereals to hot breakfast with mini waffle maker, they have a social dinner hours as well with plemty of goodies to choose from. The pool was upkept well, and could have been a tinyyyyy bit more warm but that is from 35 yr old cold bones 😆. If i could rate the 5 day stay we had at a 10 I certainly would 🙌. Also for a dog hotel type it was immaculately clean outside and inside as well (as there is a no dog in pool area policy as well) 3 water dish at entrance at 3 different heights was so well thought of and the different sizes of dog treats at desk was even extra well thought.

  The hotel and the room were overall clean and modern. There were a few stains on the chair and couch in the living room area, but the beds were comfortable. At check-in the front desk had complimentary fresh cookies, which were really good. The hotel is pet friendly for an additional fee. When you enter the lobby they even have water bowls and dog treats available, which is a nice touch for people traveling with pets. The breakfast was quite good and had a lot of options including omelet-style eggs, bacon, hash browns, cereal, bagels, toast, waffles, hard-boiled eggs and more. The dining area was very clean and modern. I also uploaded a couple of pictures since I noticed there were no recent photos on Google Reviews. I’m giving the hotel three stars only because the internet was absolutely terrible. In 2026 there is really no excuse for a hotel to have internet that bad. Hopefully they take steps to fix and improve it.

  Welcoming front desk who upgraded the room at no extra charge and offered complementary breakfast. cozy suite and friendly staff, great experience overall!

  I wouldn’t stay here again. There were quite a few issues during my week long stay. The curtains didn’t close so the light from the businesses outside my window were illuminating my room when I turned the lights off (see pictures). This affected my sleep all week. The back hurt from the bed. I was in the back corner of the hotel so my devices couldn’t connect to the wi-fi due to a weak signal. The fruit ran out every morning and wouldn’t get refilled. I ended up going to Longos to buy fruit for the second half of my stay. The hot water for the tea was empty regularly. One night I tried to call the front desk 7 times and when I finally went downstairs I was told they turn the ringer off at night and the person could see the phone flashing. The bathroom hand soap wasn’t full when I checked in and therefore was empty before I checked out. EDIT in response to hotel response: the blackout curtain was drawn as far as possible. If you look closely at the first photo I posted the rod for the blackout curtain doesn’t extend the whole length of the window.
