We just stayed here for my daughter’s hockey tournament weekend and got back to the hotel a little after breakfast one morning , but the manager harry made sure the whole team ate. Great service and the rooms are really nice.

Very disappointing stay. We tried multiple times to cancel our first night because our son was sick and were told it was possible, but no one answered when we called back. The hotel was fully booked that night and clearly resold the room, yet we were still charged for it.
More concerning was how a staff member handled a noise complaint involving our children. She came to the door, stepped inside the doorway, filmed the boys “for evidence,” and threatened them with a $500 fine. Several boys were very upset, and we were never contacted even though we were the adults on the reservation. We informed the police that night.
Management has since denied the incident, despite multiple minors reporting it immediately and consistently. Very disappointing experience and not what we expect from an IHG property.

It was not a great hotel but not terrible. It was not easy to get around in a wheelchair for my wife, the elevators were located on an area away from the lobby, through a narrow door that my wife's wheelchair could not get through. The room was ok, it was nice to have a kitchen with a full sized fridge and everything you need. There were some questionable stains on the furniture and mattresses. Also there were holes in the drywall too. Those types of things are easy fixes and make a big difference.
One issue I had was that it snowed and the hotel cleared the main part of the parking lot but we were in the wheelchair spot and there was a clear path along side of my car that I had to shovel myself just to get my wife in. The breakfast was good and the staff did the best they could to keep things replenished on a sold out weekend full of kids and families. The pool is very small and not very functional for kids.

Rooms were nice. Breakfast was good. Couple small issues in the room but nothing major. Will probably stay there again, just not that room.
