  I recently stayed at this hotel with my fiancée and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The breakfasts were outstanding — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. I would like to give special thanks to the General Manager, Alyona, for clearly maintaining such high standards and ensuring guests feel well taken care of. Also, Aksan at the front desk was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We will definitely be returning!

  I had a really good experience at this hotel. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked them to replace my dirty towels, and when I came back to my room, Not only were the towels replaced, but all the garbage had been removed as well, even though I forgot to mention it at the front desk. There was a tall young man working in housekeeping was leaving my room after I came from social, though I didn’t catch his name. Overall, I’m very impressed with the care and service from everyone. Highly recommended.

  Great hotel near the airport. We checked in midnight to be amazed by a welcome gift ( water bottle, small bag of chips and granola bar ). In the morning they offered to open the buffet breakfast after 9:30. Hotel shuttle to the airport. Beds and pillows are great. Amazing service and staff !

  Was really impressed with this hotel. I missed my connecting flight and Air Canada gave me the option to stay here. I am really glad I did! The rooms are super spacious and modern; the staff was excellent and helpful. It was easy to get to and from the airport with the shuttle. Highly recommend this spot!

  Beautiful, brand new property with stunning suites. The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the amenities are top notch. Good quality fitness center with new, higher end equipment. The rooms have full sized refrigerators and kitchenettes, which is ideal for a longer stay. The styling of the rooms is on point and the beds are incredibly comfy. The only drawback is that you do hear the planes taking off and landing, but the rooms seem to have pretty good soundproofing and this is to be expected near the airport. Would definitely come back to stay at this lovely hotel for future visits to the GTA.
