When I asked her to change the room she said unfortunately we are fully occupied and there is no room. When I insisted out of no where a room popped up and she changed it. Why not do it right away? I had a 3 year old with me and I explicitly told her that I have allergies to cats.

The Internet can be finicky and is slow for today's standards. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
