- LSLindsay SmithJan 5, 20261.0Location and room cleanliness was great. Located near walmart, lots of restaurants and starbucks, and was close to the arenas. However the service, minus one man with glasses at the front was 0/10. The owner particularly discriminated against us right as we checked in bc we were a hockey team. Then another fellow followed us to the pool and made sure there was no fun being had there. The lady at the front had an attitude as well. They knew we were a hockey team so when we all booked they could have kindly let us know to change bookings, but of course they wanted our money. I would highly recommend against booking here if you have young kids who like to have fun, or if you are staying for a hockey tournament. Very disappointed. Like i said, the man at the front who was bald and had glasses was amazing. very kind, and helpful, and made the check in process so smooth, minus the owner who pipped in and told us to bring our mini sticks back to the cars. Not ever thanking us for choosing his hotel, just straight to his negative comments.

- PPpaulinyyzDec 27, 20255.0Used this hotel last night as a “port in a storm”, abandoned our Montreal to Niagara return home because of severe winter weather on the 401. Front desk staff were fantastic under pressure as they were confronted with a very long line of people who all had the same idea. Hotel was clean and comfortable and an added bonus was the attached pub so we were able to have a relaxing dinner without leaving the hotel, which we would not have done because of the weather. It was refreshing to see that the hotel was not price gouging and taking advantage of the situation. Well done.

The staff are always extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming and do what they can to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms are kept in good working order and clean and I've noticed regular updates everytime I stay. The pool is great and an amazing amenity if you have kids staying with you. It's clean, the water is warm, and the water features are a tonne of fun for the littles. The hotel is conveniently located close to lots of stores and restaurants and is easy to get to from the highway. I have always enjoyed my stays here and look forward to visiting again.
