  I had a good experience staying here. The room was neat and had all the basic amenities I needed. Everything was easy to use and in good condition. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The hotel had a comfortable atmosphere and a convenient location.

  This was a very pleasant stay from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice setup. The bed was cozy, and the environment was quiet and relaxing. The staff was welcoming and made sure everything went smoothly. The hotel felt safe and well-kept, which made the experience even better. I would definitely consider coming back again.

  Always an awesome time at Best Western Plus Cobourg. We have been every year to the Handbags for Hospice event with our Magic Mirror Photo Booth and 360 Photo Booth. The staff are super friendly and Arthur's Pub has amazing food and drinks.

  I rarely leave reviews anymore but I felt the need to write one for this hotel. We just got back yesterday after a weekend away for a dance competition. Brian at the front desk was incredibly helpful and everyone we came across who worked there (apologies that I dont remember names!). My mom fell and was in the hospital there so we had to stay an additional night. Brian was incredibly helpful and made the experience stress free. He told me about a hospital rate and got us all settled without having to do anything. First time visiting and it certainly wont be our last. Our children had a great time and the pool is warm!! Cannot wait to return. Thank you Brian and the entire staff at the Best Western Cobourg. Hope to see you all during our next visit.

  We have travelled extensively in the past. This Best Western in Cobourg has got to be one of nicest hotels we have stayed in. We were catching a train out of Cobourg in the morning, this hotel was the most convenient. This was our second visit at this location. Front desk service at check in was super friendly and quick. We were even upgraded to the bridal suite! I asked a couple of questions about other businesses in town, very knowledgeable and gave me directions. The room was clean, every convenience that we expected was there. We especially enjoyed the fireplace. The bed was comfy. We had supper at the restaurant on location. Very convenient. The only 2 things I would voice a complaint over: 1. The love seat cushions were worn out, uncomfortable to sit on. 2. We are short people, the king size bed was comfortable but it is very high. We are short seniors, we had a hard time getting up into the bed. A stool would have ideal. I would deduct only 1/2 star for these 2 issues. That is not an option. So, 5 stars it is!
