    Even though some of the hotel is still under construction, the new rooms are fabulous! Staff are great and breakfast was amazing!

    They are remodeling and the new rooms are great. The breakfast area is very open and light.

    Rooms were clean and up to date. Room had Phone charger, refridgerator, TV, WIFI, heat and A/C for each suite. KING BED with comfortable mattress extra blankets, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion etc, in suite too. Plenty of high quality bath, hand towels and face cloths. I really enjoyed my stay for the Catholic Womens League conference.

    Ive been stressing about a reservation I made, talked to the call center people at the hotel and spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to fix my reservation. They told me they were going to call back, but 4 hours later they still havent called me back. Been very frustrated all day about this. But the reason for my review is I just called the front desk and spoke to Kiera, and she fixed the problem in less than 2 seconds and also made me feel better about my frustrations from earlier. Hope Kiera gets a raise!

    I have stayed here a couple of times unfortunately usually when attending funerals. The rooms are beautiful and clean but the best is the staff. I always take my ESA dog and I have to say he gets treated like royalty. Rodney was so kind to even have someone take him out for a walk while we were at my parent's funeral. It is a well kept beautiful hotel but to me it is that extra special service you get that I wish I could give a 10 star you don't get that in many places. Thank you to everyone.
