- RCRina ClarkeNov 5, 20253.0During a local power outage that lasted a few days, this Hotel was open and had power. I brought my family here, including our two dogs at the time. Location was nice and we also took advantage of the pool. We were excited to watch a few movies while we were there, but super disappointed when we found out that they didn’t have movie channels. We actually had to go Downstairs and rent a DVD. We found that super odd especially for A facility like this. We also didn’t have the advantage of an assortment of movies. We ended up having to get some Disney movie that we’ve never heard of. There was a little store that we could get some snacks though. The pool was also really nice and had showers to rinse off. I did, however have my shoes stolen while I was in the pool.

- HSHelder SilvaOct 17, 20251.0Every year we come to Cambridge from BC and every year we’ve stayed at Homewood. We had always recommended this place to friends when travelling to the KW area. This year they messed up our reservation and refused to honour the hotel price difference in the room we ended up with. My wife has a physical handicap and she had made that known on the reservation and thus reserved a specific type of room. The service with the front desk has been not been cordial and not very understanding, even accusing us of making things up, even though we have screenshots. Toilet in the room we didn’t reserve was also broken, requiring a visit from maintenance. We have started to see plan for next year and we are definitely not coming back to Homewood Suites Cambridge.
