Rooms were not cleaned, human hairs everywhere in the bathrooms, pet hair all over carpet, and nasty finger prints everywhere.

The breakfast offerings and the Wednesday night dinners were excellent and truly comparable to the best hotels I’ve stayed at. While the rooms could use a bit of updating, the service is truly the best and more than makes up for it. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience!

The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and glassware for 4. Cutting board, knife, decent sized pots and pans, a full sized fridge, microwave, cooktop and toaster. The lounge area was large, the breakfast was good with very good coffee. It was quite busy this weekend and utensils and some items ran out quite quickly. The pool area was very dated and when the deck was wet did not drain well. Kids had a great time swimming though!
- RCRina ClarkeNov 5, 20253.0During a local power outage that lasted a few days, this Hotel was open and had power. I brought my family here, including our two dogs at the time. Location was nice and we also took advantage of the pool. We were excited to watch a few movies while we were there, but super disappointed when we found out that they didn’t have movie channels. We actually had to go Downstairs and rent a DVD. We found that super odd especially for A facility like this. We also didn’t have the advantage of an assortment of movies. We ended up having to get some Disney movie that we’ve never heard of. There was a little store that we could get some snacks though. The pool was also really nice and had showers to rinse off. I did, however have my shoes stolen while I was in the pool.
