    I came to this hotel briefly as an Uber driver to drop off an order and asked a simple question at the front desk. The receptionist immediately responded, “We don’t own Uber,” which was unnecessary and rude — I never said or implied that the hotel owned Uber. She then told me that I could not leave the order there and that it would be thrown away if it wasn’t collected, which felt very unprofessional. I’m posting this review so management can confirm whether this is an actual hotel policy or just how this staff member chose to handle the situation. The attitude and way of speaking were not appropriate.

    When I stayed there were two hockey teams and they both went to the pool but the pool was super small. It was so crowded and hard to swim. After the elevators were trashed with wet towels and snacks on the ground. Rooms 5.0 star Service 3.5 - 4.0 star Location 5.0 star ( Right of the highway )

    We stayed in room 424. It was a Jr. Suite. Gave the family more room and a couch with a small bar sink and fridge. Kids slept on a pull out. Was perfect for 2 nights. Kids enjoyed the ability to have a lunch between games in the room' while relaxing.

    We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Cambridge for 2 nights recently while in town for my daughters' tournament and I was quite disappointed with our experience. I typically have very positive experience staying at a Hilton property and one of the reasons why I usually book through the Hilton Honours app when I need a place to stay. I used the app to check-in this time and was offered room 403 as the "preferred room", but it definitely felt like it was a dated room compared to the room that we eventually stayed at. On the first night we needed to request to switch rooms due to cleanliness concerns. The sheets on one of the beds had visible stains as I pulled back the duvet. The staff were very understanding and offered to bring up a clean set of sheets right away. As I helped change the bed, I was surprised at the quality of the sheets provided - they smelled clean but were threadbare thin and also stained. But what prompted us to request a different room was the mattress itself. As I picked it up to pull the sheet on, I found a few dark specks which could have been crumbs or bugs, so I didn't feel comfortable sleeping on that mattress at all after seeing that. The staff were apologetic and offered us free breakfast, but I asked for another room instead. The new room had a much updated feel, the bed linens looked much thicker and cleaner, and the mattresses (we had to check for our peice of mind!) Were both spotless with no visible dark specks anywhere. I would avoid staying in room 403 if you plan to stay here. Secondly, the pool was out of service for emergency maintenence which was so unfortunate as we were planning to use it during our stay. While the staff were very courteous and friendly, and the location was convenient, the unfortunate bad timing of the pool closure as well as having to move rooms due to cleanliness concerns has deterred me from staying here again and consider other hotel providers in the future.
