Two friends just lost their home and all their property yesterday due to a fire. We paid for a room for them and specified our friends have a cat and once again explained the situation due to the fire. Were given the okay over the phone, paid for the room and then our friends who are now unhoused and traumatized got turned away at the desk. We found alternate accommodations but it is crazy the lack of empathy they received in this situation. A commitment was made, money was exchanged and then only to have the offer of comfort and safety to be ripped away from them after already losing everything. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean and cozy hotel. What truly leaves a lasting impression is the service, which was absolutely phenomenal. After realizing I had forgotten my purse, the staff went above and beyond to ensure it was returned to me. From the general manager to the sales team and front desk, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Now when I think of Best Western, I’ll remember this experience and the positive impression it left on me. 10/10 — would absolutely stay again.

Stayed here last night No issues when I checked out I realized they charged me 2 times for my room I stayed in for one night and claimed they didn't. I won't be staying here again nor do I recommend you staying here.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were very dated and dirty. I had a hard time sleeping as the mattress was uncomfortable and everything felt dirty

Exceptional staff at the desk. If you get the chance to meet Diane you're in for a treat as she is incredibly helpful and engaging. Definitely makes the trip easier to manage.
