I had my gold chain missing from my room. The last person who accessed the room was house keeping. She was the only one who would’ve seen it and grabbed it. I just want others to know so they won’t have to endure the loss of their valuables

We stayed here for a hockey tournament. I had zero complaints. Rooms have full kitchens. Breakfast was great . The pool was down for maintenance but they accommodated with the hotel next door. Has a nice Patio with a basketball net out back. Kids loved it. I would recommend.

The hotel is nice looking and the location is good but if you have celiac I wouldn’t bother booking I couldn’t eat breakfast the entire two weeks I was there the kitchen staff had no idea what gluten free meant so the complimentary breakfast isn’t true for celiacs They said the pool would be ready for the 8th but it still wasn’t ready when we left on the 11th so we couldn’t swim unless we wanted to walk across the parking lot to another hotel which I have never had a hotel do that they charge full price well limiting the convinces it’s wrong and they should be ashamed of themselves for charging full price well the hotel is in the middle of Reno’s We also didn’t know they were renovating because we booked through Expedia so we were caught of guard since they never mentioned it in any emails and any times we spoke on the phone before are arrival even when I called before booking to ask about the hotel they never mentioned any Reno’s happening which would of been nice if they did I wouldn’t of booked with them They also have one working washer which is a pain trying to get laundry done for a long stay hotel they should have multiple washers available The part that really upset me was when they came into are room and interrupted are day so they could change a lock instead of waiting for us to leave and checkout they did this during are stay it’s really poor customer service we should not of had to deal with that plus they wanted to come back in that day and paint the door I was so mad that they had the nerve to want to put paint fumes in the room that people are staying in I travel a lot and this is one stay I was not happy with Be prepared if your going to stay at this place do some research
