Pro: Clean rooms. Hot water. Very nice staff.
Cons: A/C / Heater units are loud, one of which you could see day light around the edge and let in a draft.

Great experience! I used to visit here back as a kid in the early 2000’s for their March Break week and it was the highlight of my year back then. I’m here now, all these years later, for a conference and I’m so stunned by what they’ve turned this place into.
The rooms are updated, clean and well stocked. When we had a problem with our hot water, Nathan at the front desk was amazing, quick and generous in helping us find a better room with hot water. So grateful for him!
Was a great hotel when I was a kid and is still a great hotel now.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Burlington Hotel & Conference Centre for a professional review, and my experience had highs and some areas for improvement.
The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and I felt appreciated as an IHG member. The room was tidy, well-organized, and cleaner than many of my recent stays, including hotels in Niagara Falls. It was comfortable and inviting overall.
On the downside, some cleaning issues stood out. The bathroom walls around the toilet and shower weren’t wiped down, the floor wasn’t mopped and was very dirty, and there appeared to be dried blood on the bathroom floor. The fridge area and coffee maker weren’t cleaned either. While the toilet and handles were sanitized, these other areas need more attention.
Despite this, the stay was still above average thanks to the staff and room presentation. With more thorough cleaning in bathrooms and high-touch areas, this hotel could easily deliver an excellent experience.
Friendly staff and solid rooms, but housekeeping needs more attention.

Friendly customer service.
Rooms are average.
Huge downfall is the noise levels are ridiculously loud with an atrium attached to the room on the even side. Had multiple disturbances and disruptions from 4am onward throughout the day.
Beware when reserving rooms here, definitely not a quiet hotel!
