The hotel is very dated and tired looking. It is in bad need of a renovation to bring it up to par with other Hilton Garden Inn hotels. The beds sag when you sit or lay on them. Wallpaper is peeling in some spots. The hotel is clean but needs updating. We checked out after one night when we were supposed to stay 5 nights because the breakfast is closed from December 31st to January 10th and that we had to go to the hotel next door for breakfast. We were not informed of this prior to arriving and checking-in. Guests should have been informed prior to arriving at the hotel.

The rooms were clean and the pool/hot tub was nice. My one complaint is the lack of water in the room. After waiting 5 minutes and having the shower set to the highest setting, the water never reached anywhere near hot. Luke warm at best.

I left an item in the room, I realized after I grabbed coffee close by the hotel approximately 11:30. I called to say that I left the item, instead of getting the attention of the housing department ASAP I was asked to leave a message only to get a call back 11:58 to say they have disposed of the item. Even after I explained that I would like someone to go and get this taken care off because time was of the essence. They didn’t care. I would never go to this location or advise anyone else to go. The pool was also filled with chlorine we couldn’t swim in it for any length of time. Your eyes would burn like pepper. We asked for champagne glasses we received wine glasses. The staff wasn’t friendly Not a very good experience.

The rooms are outdated. If you get on the freeway side, you are going to be awake all night listening to all the trucks drive by. The hot tub broke while I was staying here and when it wasn’t broken it was not hot. Service is good however. The internet is only 30mbps for premium or 10mbps for standard which is very slow for garden inn. Unable to do much gaming or streaming with it this low.
