  Not great... Went for pool, water was nice and clean but room to cold to stay in if your not in the water. Not super kid friendly..got a complaint every time my kids so much as laughed.. Gross pillows clearly had not been washed just flipped over it had fresh blood and hair on it..gross... Rest of the place was nice and clean but at the prices they charge thale bedding was unacceptable for me.

  We just stayed 7 nights and had a very comfortable stay. We had an issue as we checked in with our initial room but it was quickly rectified by the hotel manager. Very clean. Breakfasts were organized & efficient. Having coffee ☕️ available all day was much appreciated and the warm apple strudels each afternoon was a great touch!

  With regard to attempting to make a reservation at the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Burlington, ON, I spoke with Arem at the hotel directly and received the all-inclusive price for one night of $192. He claimed no knowledge of their cancellation policy as "each reservation was different". This does not make sense in relation to other hotels in the same company. (He had confirmed that he was at the hotel.) In order to get ththe cancellation information, he put the call through to their reservation desk ... in El Salvador. The agent in El Salvador, Andrea, gave me the rate of $204.37! Within mere minutes, the price had increased?! Seriously? I asked her to please verify it with the hotel directly. She put the call on hold. She did not return. After 45 minutes, and speaking with these two different individuals, the call was disconnected. No one even bothered to call me back! There is a lengthy phone menu and it is extremely difficult, at times impossible, to reach the hotel directly. I tried once more, and the price had gone up again. That particular hotel agent, E, told me that the cost is cheaper to book with Expedia! P.S. Unfortunately, the hotel's manager was quite defensive and would not concede the lack of customer service.

  Had a great stay at Hampton inn at Burlington, ON, Canada for five days. The staff were super friendly and our rooms were pretty clean. We had booked a studio room for 4 people and felt that the layout of the room was pretty thoughtful. The rooms were cleaned the every other day to ensure a blissful stay.

  EDIT: This new location is top notch! Minutes from the highway, it was a short drive from Mississauga. JOHN, who covered the night shift was so pleasant and kind, going out of his way to secure a late check out for us. Now, the Breakfast staff was 6 stars! ⭐️. JESUS and NELL were the kindest, most attentive hosts. Jesus welcomed me like a VIP 🥹. I later saw him on his hands and knees cleaning the bases of the tables. The food was hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. The menu also included vegetation options. MELANIE who covered the desk for the evening shift, got us checked in quickly, and then was a sweetie to find the water bottle I had left in our room after checkout. CAROLINE graciously extended our late checkout and invited my party to use the dining room as long as we wanted. Finally, the rates are very reasonable! Parking is free and ample. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are nice! Long counters, modern fixtures, and a large shower with nice hot water. In summary: stay here!
