    Everything about the hotel was to a good standard except how I was told my room charge would be billed to the same payment method I selected when I booked it online, just to end up having everything charged to the credit card I put in for the security deposit at the front desk. Would have been a disaster for me if I was staying for say a month like I sometimes do at other hotels.

    Surprisingly great hotel. Excellent value. Swimming pool, sport simulator, good free breakfast. Rooms were super clean. Friendly front staff. Free parking.

    Just completely horrible experience. My partner and I got thrown a $800 fine for a cracked television that we DID NOT crack. I check the room before and after my visits and there was no crack on our way out. Do yourself a favour and don’t book into this hotel.

    Nice hotel, good breakfast options, pool is decent. Rooms are supposed to.be cleaned every other day, I only had 1 room cleaning even after repeat calls to front desk. Might want to sort out your cleaners and their cleaning schedule

    Stayed here on our way through. Stayed in a suite which was larger than expected but a pleasant surprise. It gave our son room to play comfortably without being underfoot. Beds were soft and comfortable. It is located close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Staff were great to interact with and professional. Plenty of free parking. Guest laundry and hallways kept clean. Overall the hotel is clean. Only an hour away in traffic from the Niagara Outlet Mall.
