- CLCasey LabelleApr 21, 20261.0I decided to try a new spot from where usually stay while in Burlington. Huge mistake. The shower was filled with hair and unknown substances stuck to the shower walls. The noise from the QEW was jaw dropping. When give another room for my second night, the washroom was filled with dead ants. I asked for them to be cleaned while out for the day…i will admit they tried. They did leave a bunch…as souvenirs? I was offered to to have the room sprayed with insecticide. Really? By this point i was so disgusted and worried that i would have my things infested i booked and moved to where i should have in the first place. Its a shame this wont allow me to upload the videos i took…thy truly capture the state what i was dealing with
- BCBrian CassarApr 3, 20265.0Was totally impressed by this hotel , very nice lobby , room was great with a full use kitchen setup , range, microwave , dishwasher , fridge , sink and even utensils. I thought it was an upgrade, but I asked upon checkout that all rooms are equipped that way ! My wife and I only stayed overnight , but upon coming back to the hotel after our outing went to the bar inside the hotel and spent a few hours enjoy the rest of our evening . We never got the bartenders name but she was great , very friendly and attentive. We will be definitely coming back to this hotel again when we stay in the area . Great stay !!

- CFCarlo FrancoJan 14, 20265.0Came here for a big conference and not for accommodations. The facility space is great. Large meeting areas and spaces, friendly and helpful staff, delicious catering throughout the day. The location is conveniently close to the highway.
