  Merci à toute l’équipe du Holiday Inn pour leur accueil chaleureux. Ma famille, mes quatre enfants et mois avons été hébergés suite à une panne en soirée sur l’autoroute 401 et nous avons été tellement été bien reçus ! La chambre était propre et confortable. Le prix était très raisonnable considérant l’excellent déjeuner inclus offert le lendemain matin. Je recommande fortement !

  We stayed at this hotel one night that we were driving to Ottawa and there was a snow storm. Their location besides de 401 is ideal for those like me that would like to rest before continuing the drive. Rooms were cozy and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was better than what we expected. The staff was so friendly and helpful, Janette in particular. I will definitely consider coming back.

  The complimentary breakfast at the Holiday Inn Express Brockville is top-tier, but it’s the staff that truly makes the experience. Trish provide outstanding service that goes far beyond the typical hotel experience. She was incredibly attentive, keeping the area spotless and the food fresh even during the morning rush. Her warmth and genuine hospitality made us feel like welcome guests rather than just another room number. She even added some great information about areas to visit during our stay.

  Holiday Inn Express is consistent in their standard of care and service. Rooms were clean, kids enjoyed the pool and nice options were available for breakfast. Thane, who worked the breakfast area was attentive and kept the dining nice and clean. Thank you for the lovely stay.

  After a very scary drive in a snow storm I was so glad to arrive. The front desk was so welcoming and check in was quick. My room was on the backside overlooking the 401 so the noise of the trucks wasn't the greatest. But the blackout roller shade was great. I just played a sleep track on my phone and I was fine. The next morning I was greeted with a smorgasbord for breakfast, and lovely hosting and cooking by Stella and Trish. Bacon, eggs and sausage, juices, teas and coffees, fresh fruit, toast and muffins, and cinnamon buns! There were also cereals, hash browns , jams, and hot sauce. The room is clean, with a great selection of pillows, USB ports everywhere, and the mattress was well padded and supportive. Everything has been clearly well thought out in its placement.
