The hotel is clean, service is good, rooms are great but they can just never get the jacuzzi rooms right, one is always broken with half the jets not working, or the jacuzzi just randomly keeps turning itself on throughout the night. I would just strongly recommend not getting the jacuzzi rooms as you are wasting your money, I never been reimbursed or accommodated for the 4-5 times I been at the hotel and mentioned issues with the Jacuzzis and just stopped booking those rooms now.
