The kitchen staff kept the back door open, causing unpleasant odors to fill the air in the morning. The sounds of clattering dishes and conversations from the service staff outside my door made it very difficult to rest. Additionally, there was an exit door next to the window that banged against the frame every time someone came in or out. The second day was much better, as I changed my room to another one on the third floor. However, I still couldn't sleep at all on the first night. After speaking with the hotel receptionist, I was informed that this area will be renovated and no rooms will be there in the future. It’s unfortunate that I had to pay for such a frustrating experience.

On the other hand the breakfast was good, room was clean and staff were very nice. If you prefer a firmer mattress this is your place. It was a 3 becuase the bed is probably the most important part for me.
