  I have booked this hotel twice in the past. More recently at the beginning of January and I book the room for the jacuzzi specifically and it’s not cheap. However, this time the drain/stopper was broken and I had made a complaint before checking out the next day and they apologized, said they would let their manager know and I would be reimbursed something for the inconvenience, yet I never ended up receiving anything. Chances are I will look for another hotel to go to for a spa tub the next time I need to book.

  This hotel has incredible staff. Everything here is done right! Spotlessly clean! Beautiful pool, exceptional breakfast with “real” plates. This team knows what they are doing and it shows. Exceptional customer service and excellence.

  We recently stayed for one night at this hotel. Everything was excellent from customer service to the cleanliness in the rooms. We were with 2 little kids and the staff made sure we received everything we required. The location of this hotel makes it very convenient to stay while travelling, we will definitely be stopping by again!

  We stay at this location for little getaways from reality every few months. We always are treated with upmost respect by staff. Our rooms are always clean and spacious. Special requests are honored and it is a family friendly building. We have a lot of fun. We like waking up extra early for a delicious breakfast in our jammies! 10/10 recommend.
