  Great location, close proximity to loads of things. Decent price and pet friendly (for a fee). Professional front desk staff with small concession for snacks and pops. Hotel seems to have a water damage problem, including an active leak in the lobby (Dec 2025) and clear previous leaks in the ceiling/floor of the room, but honestly, a decent place to stay. Would recommend, especially if you're looking for a room in the area with a full kitchen.

  1 star is even a stetch! I normally don't write reviews, but the customer service , or lack there of, I received was the absolute worst I've ever encountered. I was attempting to book a block of rooms for a girls sporting event. To start the responses were extremely delayed. I had to call multiple times and not 1 person really seemed organized at all or knew what was going on. When I finally received a quote, almost 2 weeks later, it was for a King room, which wasn't specified in the initial email. AND I specifically stated each room would have 3-4 occupants. Only after I said we'd move forward did she state that price was for a King room, not a 2 queen's room and that rate was higher. This felt very calculated and slimy. She would not honor the origanal quote. As a result, I decided to go elsewhere. And pleased to share that I have been met with much more efficient, responsive and helpful service. I would strongly recommend any sports teams or large group stay clear of this hotel! I have defiantly let our club know and will be sharing it with the provincial association as well. Such a waste of time!

  Our stay was disappointing. The hotel feels very dark, dingy, and extremely dated. The front desk staff were polite on the surface but noticeably rude and unhelpful, and communication was difficult as they barely spoke English. Breakfast was also below standard — very bland, with greasy sausages, eggs all stuck together, and overall poor-quality options. You can see shortcuts everywhere, and it shows in the quality of the rooms, service, and amenities. Would not stay here again.

  I stayed in Room 119, which is located behind the kitchen on the first floor. It was extremely noisy and impossible to sleep. The kitchen staff kept the back door open, causing unpleasant odors to fill the air in the morning. The sounds of clattering dishes and conversations from the service staff outside my door made it very difficult to rest. Additionally, there was an exit door next to the window that banged against the frame every time someone came in or out. The second day was much better, as I changed my room to another one on the third floor. However, I still couldn't sleep at all on the first night. After speaking with the hotel receptionist, I was informed that this area will be renovated and no rooms will be there in the future. It’s unfortunate that I had to pay for such a frustrating experience.
