  I was driving home from Odessa to London, Ontario late in the evening and ran into bad weather so I spontaneously needed a room for the night. I stopped here and the front desk staff gave me the list of options available. I was able to get a small room with Queen bed- just perfect for me, solo traveller. Great price for a clean room and a very good breakfast included hot eggs, sausage and waffles with the usual bagels, cereals, fruit and muffins available. The dining room is kept clean and is inviting to sit and eat. I did not have a chance to visit the gym or indoor pool but the pool looked great! Wish I had my bathing suit :). I will definitely stop here again if I need a break during that same trip. Right off the 401, so easy to get to and then back on the road.

  I have booked this hotel twice in the past. More recently at the beginning of January and I book the room for the jacuzzi specifically and it’s not cheap. However, this time the drain/stopper was broken and I had made a complaint before checking out the next day and they apologized, said they would let their manager know and I would be reimbursed something for the inconvenience, yet I never ended up receiving anything. Chances are I will look for another hotel to go to for a spa tub the next time I need to book.

  This hotel has incredible staff. Everything here is done right! Spotlessly clean! Beautiful pool, exceptional breakfast with “real” plates. This team knows what they are doing and it shows. Exceptional customer service and excellence.
