Very friendly & welcoming staff. Breakfast was excellent. Loved the strawberry flavored waffles. Room was very clean, tidy. A good size too. Location is just off the 401. And, there is a McDonald's right beside the hotel ( took me abt 2 minutes to walk over) for quick bite to eat. I would stay here again.

Stayed one night in November 2025. Based on my experiences with Hampton Inn’s across North America I would consider this one slightly below standard. Not bad, but not exceptional.
Most importantly the bed and the linen were clean. But for a new property there were some grungy areas particularly in the bathroom. The cover on the ceiling had noticeable rust as did the drain in the bathtub. Grouting was dirty.
Heating unit made an annoying noise. A rattling as if it was dirty inside. I had to shut it off, luckily it wasn’t too cold this night.
Staff were friendly, but I was not greeted as an Honors guest as with other Hampton’s, usually there’s at least a bottle of water offered.
Breakfast I thought was good. Bacon, eggs, waffle machine, etc. Coffee was decent, however coffee was not available at all times as is usually the case.
There was a pool that I didn’t use . The area is dark not far off the highway. A gas station and McDonald’s walking distance.
If in the area again I think I’d try somewhere else next time, just didn’t feel it was worth $200 a night.

Poor response and communication – lost over CAD 300
I booked this hotel through Booking.com and requested a date change yesterday morning around 11:30 AM, several hours before the original check-in time (3 PM).
Booking showed that my request was sent to the property, and I was waiting for their reply. However, the property never responded — not yesterday, not even by this morning.
Later, I received another email from Booking saying the property still hadn’t replied. So I called the hotel directly, and they told me they never received any message from Booking. Because of this, the booking was never changed, and they charged me the full amount (over CAD 300) even though I didn’t stay.
I asked if I could simply move the stay to today, but they said no — since the system shows I was a “no-show.”
I just want to remind everyone: if you try to change your booking through Booking.com, call the property directly as well. Apparently, messages sent through the Booking system may not reach them in time.
Very disappointing communication and service — I lost more than three hundred dollars for nothing.
